I have had a membership with Best Buy for quite a few years now and I don’t know what I’d ever do without it! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to call the Geek squad so that they could help me with problems I was having and they’re always so helpful! They’ve helped me hook up a couple of my printers over the years which I would never be able to do on my own, helped me when my computer was hacked, helped me with my iPads and iPhones when I couldn’t get them to sync, ran diagnostics on my computer whenever I had problems, cleared cache and cookies because I didn’t know how to do it but they walked me through it so I could do it myself if I wanted to and just so many more things that just make it so worthwhile in having a membership with them! I remember when they first asked me years ago if I wanted to sign up for the Best Buy yearly total Tech Benefits and I was like, No thank you, it’s too expensive, and then when I had problems and didn’t know what I was doing, I decided to try the membership and it’s the best thing ever did! I would definitely recommend the total tech membership with Best Buy!

I would definitely recommend membership!! No more extra fees trying to protect my electronics when I got it covered with the membership!! PERFECT.

The total membership has it's perks and its drawbacks. For the annual cost I expect better coverage. I've come across where the manufacturer provides a better price for device protection and coverage.

My Best Buy Total membership is EVERYTHING!!! Everyone in my house has a pc, laptop, tablet, phone... The list goes on and on. The BBT covers all repairs. I've been a member for several years and it's well worth the price since one pc repair can cost more than the membership itself!

This works well, especially if you buy a lot of items at Best Buy! You get rewards and extended warranty, plus discount pricing! I love it!

I bought this annual plan mostly to get Geek Squad support. I call if I have a problem. I call if I just need to clean up my hard drive. the plan covers several computers. But other benefits have also saved me a lot of money. I get discounts on products and services. When I needed a new screen protector for my cell phone, the installation was free. I feel taken care of by the agents: they are savvy and I trust them with any of my tech issues. It's worth every penny for me!!

Some of the systems were down and I was able to get the full support while I was there. He told me how to load the new Microsoft Office software at home. May come back to the store for additional support as I have 10 months left on my membership.

I always get this program. It provides me access to wonderful support and customer service on demand.

Best thing you could buy at the store honestly. Only takes a couple of purchases to pay for itself. If you’re an Apple person it’ll pay for itself in one purchase.

This membership will be beneficial for me, just in case I need the Geek Squad.

Best buy yearly is one of the best it gives you insurance for whatever you buy
