As a Best buy total membership subscriber it gives you a peace of mind Yes the once a year renewal is a little spendy but at the end of the day it gives you a piece of mind that you got protection cover on any items that you buy for Best buy without have to purchase a separate geek squad extend the warranty I totally recommend purchasing it especially if you buy from Best buy!!

I love it! Being a member has saved me a lot of money and aggravation. It has fixed my computer, helped with the software, set up my Apple Watch, paired my air pods with my iphone, and more. Geek Squad always a available.

This is a great plan. Bought my 2 Bose flex max speakers in Nov and they went on sale in Dec. They gave me the sale price and got the difference back. Plus it covers all my electronics from Best buy.

I love Best Buy everyone is so friendly. I’ve never been so confident with a purchase or experience like I’ve had with this store it’s beyond just business transactions I feel like I’m welcome. And I also love that there’s young people working There often. Nevertheless Best Buy is my favorite. I’d say my family combined has well on spent more than 100k in the past 30 years shopping Here.

This membership is a really great value having access to the geek squad rocks

I purchased a TV from Best Buy and have been extremely happy with it. We had the Geek Squad deliver and install it and they were phenomenal!! Becoming a member was such a great decision!!!

I had purchased the insurance a few years back to insure my drone (A DJI Air 2s). While a bit skeptical of the coverage, the employee insisted that it would cover the drone in case of any issues. Fast forward a year, and the drone had issues. Best Buy replaced the drone for me, minus a restocking fee that I knew I would be responsible for, and they did it the same day. I didn't need to reschedule any work after that happened, which was incredibly helpful.

A great deal. Due to identity theft, had to have 2 devices wiped. the Geek Squad was very helpful in doing this as well as helping me load back what was on my computers. The only downside is getting an appointment in a timely manner.

Good discounts, notice on promotions, Geek Squad assistance either on the phone or in-store. Great when you live 30 miles from the closest Best Buy.

This membership is a real value. My computer was hacked twice in a month; after the second, I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. Fixing that problem would have cost $150, but for a few extra dollars I now have a full year's coverage (insurance, basically) that if I have any other problem with that computer or my iPhone, Geek Squad will help resolve the issue!

I really didn;t know how much value adding the unlimited geek squad would bring me. I can't live without them.

Worth the price. I got a refund for a lower price within 60 days of purchase. Free shipping and use of Geek Squad cant be beat.
