If you buy electronics at all, even if only a couple times a year, i strongly recommend the Total program. I have easily saved more money than the annual cost, and recently had to use the coverage on a coffee maker that died 4 days before the 2 yr warranty expired. Walked in, hand it over, they didnt have that model anymore so upgraded to the latest and greatest model, with a yotal out of pocket around 50 bucks, for different/fancier model. Huge piece of mind knowing my purchses are covered, it is easy to use when you need to, and saves me money on the front end of the purchase as well with exclusive pricing and deals. I k ow i sound like a brochure, i dont mean to. Just, like most people thought it was too expensive, then bought some tech stuff for my son and the insurance was more than the total. So i bought the total really to protect that one mega purchase, not reall thinking i would use it, but to my surprise, even though i dont buy a lot of electronics, it still saves me money.

I am not one for store memberships, especially if I have to pay for the sub as I have a fixed income, but when I had to bring in my PC for a scan and diagnostic, the Total Membership was a little more expensive than the diagnostics. I have a custom build PC, and know nothing about computers, so the total membership pays for itself in cleanings, diagnostics and anything other care my PC will need. Additionally, in-store protection plans are included with the membership, no need to pay extra, which has always been my turn-off. tldr: The Total Membership is well worth the price and more than pays for itself.

I love that I can go into Best Buy anytime with my computer or any other electronic device and I will be assisted in whatever problem I may have.

This membership helps me with all of my devices, if you get them all from here they keep them brand new very good warranty and protection.

Getting the membership means every time I buy something I don’t have to think about getting the extra warranty and cover my investment. It comes automatically with the membership. It can’t be better than that.

Saved my laptop from being a piece of scrap that needed to be replaced. They covered a faulty power input and battery and rescued my computer. I even was able to get a replacement computer while it was getting repaired and received all of my money back when I returned it.

I've used this membership twice so far. It has great value for me. The service person fixes/answered questions to get my new computer up and running. When compared to hiring out to an independent person, it will be a great, huge cost savings to me. Good if you buy a lot of tech and possibly appliances/furniture. The membership comes with home assembly for furniture along with thr warranties on everything so if you buy a few things a year it's a really good value.

I love best buy. Love the full membership vs. the other offers. The only bummer is they don't come to your house anymore to help with laptop set up.

I thought this membership was a great value. It covers the damages to my Macbook and offers assistance if there are any technical issues and it was half the price of Apple+. I havent had to use it so far and I hope I never do but I'm happy with it.

The best thing I do each y ear is buy a total membership, which enables me to use the Geek Squad. Can't exist without them.
