I bought a new laptop and wanted to be sure I could use Microsoft Outlook for my mail. Not sure that I could get it to transfer from my former desktop, I enrolled to get the help I needed. Very glad because the install was not seamless. The Geek squad set me up.

We purchase the plan for all our computers and phone to handle anything that comes up. We had been hacked, the Geek Squad fixed it for us! And now we have them if anything else comes up! Love it and the peace of mind!!
