They did a great job with no issues installing the dishwasher. Very pleased with how nice they were.

3rd party installer was Excellent! They came to measure to verify dish washer would fit & were very careful bringing it up the entrance steps into my kitchen got the height adjusted & dishwasher fit perfectly!

There comes a time when you're better off to hire a professional to install a major appliance, so you're not making many trips to your local hardware store. I opted to have a geek squad member remove and install my new dishwasher. David Brown showed up on time and he was a professional. Installed my new dishwasher and took the time to go over the specifics. I was impressed and would highly recommend them again. Thanks David for a great job!

I was very happy with the installation of my new LG Dishwasher. The 2 installers went to work removing the old one, installing the new hoses, etc.,and installed the new one. Cleaned up and were gone. All in less than an hour.

I had to make another appointment because the dishwasher extended almost 2" from the counter. I was told by the installers that it would not go back any further. The different installers who came just unscrewed it and pushed it back. The only thing I have now is extra holes in the cabinet and a space on the right side. The first two pictures are of the 1st install. The 2nd two are after the 2nd install. The last is the space.

Typically I would have done this install myself - fortunately I allowed them the job. I erroneously thought it'd be a simple swap - NOPE. Different water connections, different power connections.

Fast and clean installation , we recommend the service

Delivery was professional, however because of past issues with installation, I decided to install the dishwasher myself. Be careful, installers may not have sufficient training and expertise.

Ed, my dishwasher installer, drove down about 2+ hours to install this appliance. Not only was he absolutely professional in every respect, but also personable in showing me the features of the dishwasher. Lastly, he took the time to talk with Alex from my local store to not only get my old dishwasher removed, but also help me get the Geek Squad Protection Plan for all of my kitchen appliances.

The installation costs was $600 on a $1100 dishwasher. Not good, I paid the upfront costs to have it installed by Best Buy. Best Buy should have been aware of additional costs by having a older home. The costs of converting a hot wired dishwasher is pretty common. The installer had to trim my countertop tiles. Be a honest company with all the right answers and solutions for me. Thats why I came to your store ! PRC

Highly recommend the install. BB hired a contractor who could install and deal with the electric situation and copper lines with no problem. While it ended up being more expensive since the unit is hard wired into the wall (thanks old codes!) it was well worth the spend. Give a raise to Mr. Foard!

The dishwasher installer was very professional and meticulous at every step of the installation. The installer also took the time to show us how to operate the dishwasher. Highly recommend.

The new dishwasher had to fit into a very small space which required many small adjustments to get it to sit correctly. The installation team went through all of those with patience and precision. They also thoroughly cleaned the inside of the space before installing the new dishwasher. The old dishwasher had been there for 19 years so there was a bit of dust, etc.

This is a great product. The Installers were ontime, installaion way quick and efficient.

Seventeen days after installation and the screws are falling out of the cabinet and the door won't close on the dishwasher so I can't use it. Installation was very, very poor. It looks like they used too short a screw on BOTH sides. Hoping Best Buy will get it corrected.
