Standard kitchen counters are 25 inches deep. This Bosch Series 24 fit perfectly. It's aesthetics and handle match my new sleek and clean lines Samsung refrigerator and stove perfectly. It also does not show a "BOSCH" label on the door. I first had a Samsung measuring 25 and 3/8 inches which stuck out slightly beyond the counter top and I exchanged it. This Bosch dishwasher runs smoothly.

Best Buy apparently contracts the installation work out to a local company called MasterPro. First of all, I want to be clear that I am very satisfied with MasterPro and I am really happy with the quality of service they rendered. The delivery and installation are handled by the same professional crew and they even vacuum-cleaned my floor after installation/hauling away the appliances, so there was no traces of them even being there (other than the new dishwasher, of course)! Really neat. What I DO have a problem with is how Best Buy handled communications during the day of the install. I was booked for the 7am-1pm delivery/installation window so I get up really early that day, and then I was just left waiting. Best Buy customer service was useless when I tried to inquire for an updated arrival time after failing to hear from anyone all morning. At that point I was also not made aware that Best Buy has contracted the delivery and installation to a third-party, and I was given no instruction to contact the installation crew directly. Around noon I was given a heads-up by Geek Squad that the new delivery time will be after 1pm. I called Best Buy again in the afternoon around 3pm for an updated delivery window, and was told it will be for another 40 minutes. The crew finally arrived at 5pm, and it was only then I realized that delivery and installation were handled by a third-party. During dishwasher installation I was told by the installers that the old air gap needs replacing, which costs an extra $100. I ended up paying the fee because I really want the installation done ASAP. Replacing an old air gap should be a really common occurrence when replacing a dishwasher, so I am a bit disappointed that Best Buy did not make it clear when I made the purchase, instead of touting their potentially misleading "free installation" service for TotalTech members. Also, since the $100 air gap replacement charge was paid to the installers on-the-spot during installation, I was not able to make use of the 20% discount that would have applied with my TotalTech membership if the service was purchased through Best Buy.

Very quiet and works great! I love the adjustable rack. I am able to fit the larger pieces on to as well.

The installer who came out to my home was great! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. My issue is with the 3rd party company (non-Best-Buy) who Best Buys subcontracts with. 1. They over scheduled their installer, so my install got delayed by a week. This sucked because I had already arranged time off work and school to be there for the installs of 3 appliances. Their scheduling issues should not be the customer's problem. 2. When it was rescheduled, I was given a 12 hour window––11 am to 11 pm. Who installs appliances at 11 pm at night??? After MUCH complaining, the window was narrowed down to a much more reasonable window of 8 am to 12 noon. However, at 2 pm when the dishwasher and range had not arrived, I started making calls again. I was assured that the installer would be at my home by 4 p.m. He actually arrived at 6:30 and was gone sometime after 8 pm, keeping in line with their 12 hour install window,,,

Dishwasher fit perfect, no changes had to be made. Very quite.

Two fellows came out, one was in training. They were great and got the dishwasher up and running. I know was a chore for them and it took longer than they expected. It was not your usual dishwasher installation. It looks great and is level! The old dishwasher was not level.

We had two dishwashers installed by Best Buy and they did a great job.

The two gentlemen sent to install and deliver our dishwasher and our clothes dryer were just great. They were clean neat and very aware of concerns for the Covid 19 virus. The install was quick and done very professionally. I was concerned about he install and worried about corona virus . They couldn't have been more prepared or professional.

Purchased a new Dishwasher and didn't want to mess with the install. KitchenAid running a promotion to install as part of the purchase cost and the installers were great. Arrived on time, pulled the old unit out and had to refit the size of the dishwasher area. Knew what they were doing and have not had any problems since the installation.

Our installation was free in a store promotion. Everything was correct in the end but with some problems on the way. Thus the 2 stars/Fair rating but still Recommending it. The installers were contractors, not Best Buy employees. This was the case with every retailer we contacted. Some retailers said they had long-term relationships with a particular contractor, which perhaps would result in more consistent quality. Anyway: The first installation went well, mostly. One of the two installers was capable and careful when routing the drain hose, wiring the optional powercord+junction box, installing the water line, pointing out that our under sink water leak sensor might not be working (our device, not part of the Bosch unit; it was very good of him to notice and point this out), positioning and leveling the unit, and cleanup. But at the very last step (mounting the kick plate) the other installer scratched the door front with his screwdriver. Oops. Thus we needed a replacement unit. The replacement installation crew, from a different contractor, were less conscientious. We had to point out that they did not initially route the drain hose out the correct side of the unit and did not install it with the required 33" above the floor rise between the unit and our plumbing drain (sink disposal inlet). They corrected these. They re-used the hot water and electrical connections from the first install so these were not an issue. They carefully avoided scratching anything. General advice: - Visit the manufacturer's website, download the installation instructions, and review them before the installers show up. Be prepared to inspect their work as they proceed and ask about anything that looks wrong. You don't want to sign off on an incorrect installation and possibly void the manufacturer's warranty. - Inspect the unit carefully for damage before the installers start. Look from high, low, and both sides, because scratches near the floor may not be evident when viewed from above. Take pictures to document its presumably pristine initial condition.

The installer was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job of installing the dish. He took the time to explain how to use it and recommendations for cleaning. We were very happy with the work and installer. Also, he arrived on the date and time as scheduled, also he called 2 hours ahead of arrival.

The workman installing the dishwasher was top notch. He checked everything twice, cleaned up afterwards and even took the time to give us a tutorial of how our new dishwasher worked.

The techs were very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. They did a great job protecting my floors and cabinets so that nothing was damaged during the installation process. They also did a great job cleaning up behind themselves.

The 2 guys who came to deliver and install my dishwasher were fast and professional. I had done all the prep work, clearing out the under sink cabinet and such. Within a few moments, they told me my plumbing connections were "non-standard", and they would have to charge me $150 extra to fix it and complete the installation. Note that I had already paid for dishwasher, warranty, installation kit, and installation,and waited 3weeks for appointment 2 days before Christmas. They did a good job, and had removed old DW and installed new one with a short operational demonstration in less than an hour. The 2 stars is because I felt like I had no choice but accept the extra charge, as the process of getting the appointment had been all on line and pretty difficult. There was no opportunity in the on-line process to know about what is "non-standard plumbing" and extra charges involved I could have done that work for far less money. $150 seems like a lot of money for 5-10 minutes of work, and $5-10 worth of plumbing parts, when I had already paid $50 for install and $30 for dishwasher install kit. I didn't argue at the time, because it was right before Christmas, and I even gave the guys an extra $50 because I live 2 hours away from their pick-up point. But for those who can't afford it, it would be an unpleasant experience.

The employees were very helpful in my purchase and will defnitely go back again the Best Buy Protection Plan is fantastic.

The team installed the new dishwasher, took out the old one, did it all quickly, and were pleasant and polite in the process. They were a few minutes early, but they called ahead of time so not a problem. At least they were not late! I should be fair and disclose that the installation was free for this particular dishwasher with this particular promotion. I would have paid anyway, since I wanted the machine to work after installation!

The installer kept us informed as to his schedule and we knew almost exactly when he would arrive. The installation went smoothly and professionally. When he left, everything was exactly as when he arrived except that we had a new dishwasher that worked flawlessly. Great job!
