I bought a Dish Washer at Best Buy, I paid for the Installation, they came to my house, installed it, and the machine suddenly stopped and never stared again, no power at all. I called Best Buy customer service, after 2 hours explaining the situation to different departments, the told me to call LG(the manufacturer). I called LG, the sent the Technician to my house and determined the Dish Washer was installed Erroneously by Best Buy, and off course, I had to pay again, for the re-installation $192.60.

Had to drill new holes to run the line. Through cabinets. Didn’t clean up the mess they made. Didn’t pull protective film off. Just in a rush and half assed.

The installer broke a pipe installing my dishwasher and flooded my kitchen and family room. He then said he does not carry insurance for damages and to call my homeowner's insurance. Now I have to file a claim, pay the deductible and have a mark on my insurance for something that we did not do! I will NEVER buy again from Best Buy after spending over $3000 on appliances.

Wasn’t installed rescheduled for June 24 They came on the 24 they said that the dishwasher was not there to remove and install The took it with them when the screwed up the First install 6\4 so how can it be here. Have to reschedule again for august 4 would say forget The whole thing but had 315 dollars going bad. I think that’s why they want me to waist 3 vacation days

HORRIBLE!!! It didn't work after 3 uses; took a week to get a service appointment. They did NOT show up or call on the scheduled day, but did SHOW UP the NEXT DAY!!! I left town so my son met them. He couldn't fix it and said he would order a replacement.... NO SUCH ORDER EXISTS!!! Another 10 days have passed and I still don't have a working dishwasher!!!! I AM SO UNHAPPY.

Worst dishwasher I ever owned. I wish I could get back my LG. We bought a couple of high end appliance by Viking and they threw in the dishwasher for free. Now I know why they threw it in. It doesn't wash the dishes completely and it rarely finishes a cycle. I stopped using it and just wash the dishes by hand.

this installation when wrong from the moment they rang the doorbell.The installation was botch and I have no idea if this the reason is why the machine was so loud.Told them to come and get your machine..not for me so we have gone back to Bosch and purchased it at a another store were the service & installation was a 10

My product was not installed because they did not have the right fitting It needs to be rescheduled for installation

damage occured and then stated owner did the damage. agreed to pay for said damage then retracted and stated that they would not

Installer was not totally prepared for install. He said they needed a permit to finish and did not have one. Electrician came days later to complete the job.

Horrible experience. Only redeeming aspect was that they phoned before arrival. Rude and disrespectful. Tried to wander in different areas of my home. Inappropriate behavior and language in the presence of my 91 year old mother. Almost refused to install. Complained about how many installations they had to complete. Find different installers.

Your delivery team showed and said they couldn’t do install because I had a tile floor. They said before I did anything, I needed a contractor to remove 5 ft of tile. They didn’t attempt anything. I just told them to take it back. Called repairman to fix old one. Repair guy said there’s no reason they shouldn’t have installed it because tile was under machine too.

The dishwasher was not installed - old dishwasher was not removed - said I had to have plumber fix something - though original dishwasher worked fine the way it was - plumber came and fixed it - and took out original dishwasher - which bb was supposed to do - now need an electrician? Three months later - no working dishwasher - thanks to best buy

The technician that came to our house was unable to install the dishwasher. Apparently Best Buy is unable to do conversions if you have PEX lines. The job was left undone and we had to pay a plumber $250 to do the dishwasher installation. Be careful when purchasing installation services or Total Tech Support - there's no guarantee that they can do the job.

Complete disaster. The installation crew are complete criminals and unprofessional workers. Somewhat installed dishwasher, damaged granite and cabinets. Didn’t finish the installation and left while asking for extra money and threatening me and swearing. Worst experience ever!!!

Was done improperly. After 3 phone calls that someone would be out to fix problem, someone has still not come to fix the problem. Also visited Best Buy to get this matter resolved and still nothing has been done. Best Buy needs a better 3rd party company to do their installation. And also better customer service.

The delivery guy was supposed to show up between 5-8 pm, and showed up at 9:30 pm. He couldn't figure out how to get the old dishwasher out and left saying he would work with his supervisor to get some help. We ended up calling BestBuy and they rescheduled for a week later. Meanwhile we called our plumber and had them come out the next day and do the install. Cost us a little more, but we got it done.

Installation was timely and professionally done with care to address abnormalities in washer cavity. Washer operation is great.

My March 10th dishwasher installation was fine, or so I thought, until I discovered that the TINY screws in the mounting bracket that secures the machine to the cabinet or counter to avoid movement was done incorrectly. Both TINY screws have fallen out, so now the dishwasher is free to move in and out every time I open and close the door. Not happy with this situation AT ALL.

Horrible customer service. Delivery guys super nice, but when I call the store, the manager lectured me told me he "had no justification to help" me. And hung up on me when I asked for his last name. I will never shop at Best Buy again and tell my story of the rude store manager everywhere it matters.
