I paid for installation but when the installer arrived I was told that he had to do additional work and charged $400. When the appliance was started the appliance was not filling. We notified Geek on the following Tuesday,the 10th and was called back on the following morning to inform us it would be replaced the following week on the 18th a week later.

The item was delivered and installed broken. When I immediately called customer service. I was told they would come back in a week to look at it. Worst service ever! Everyone I spoke to just transferred me to someone else that told me it wasn't their problem. Best Buy customer said they couldn't help, Best Buy Distribution Supervisor was useless and said he couldn't help, XPO installer said they wouldn't come out any earlier. Best Buy's motto "Expert Service" is laughable.

installers did not hook up water line correctly to disposal and contractor had to fix.

I brought is dishwasher in 2022. It didn’t drain properly.It replaced December 2022. The new dishwasher was doing the same thing.January 12,2023 someone came out and said they would call me.February 24,2023 haven’t heard a thing .I’m going to the them again.Terrible service !

The dishwasher BROKE after 4 uses. I do not recommend this item at all.

Initially I purchased this d/w installation because the d/w I purchased was a new installation not a replacement. I was informed that the installer required an electrical outlet, an existing waterline T, and a drain or garbage disposal outlet. Ie., the installation charge was just for hooking up the water and drain lines to existing outlets, plugging in the electric, and balancing the d/w. Not worth $150 in my opinion, $50 maybe.

Very expensive to install by Best Buy. Although I purchased totaltech paid $199 I was asked to pay additional $215 to install electric plug and change water cap on top of sink, overflow water line. Came out total $414. Easy advertisement hard result to me.

The technicians were nice, prompt and courteous. The problem is that the dishwasher was placed into the spot but not secured...and now I have to wait until COVID ends to get the dishwasher properly installed, and after waiting 20 minutes on the phone to speak to "Customer No Service...What a joke...it wasn't properly installed and now my time will be wasted again waiting to call back and arrange.

The delivery was late. I took a day off work and I didn’t have to. The installation was done wrong and someone had to come back to fix it another day and I had to take another day off work. I told the first installers something was wrong and they ignored me. It was a very frustrating experience!

Experience was really bad. First time they came and didn’t install. So I had to schedule second time. Second time they came and installed but didn’t take prior dishwasher. Also they are talking and behaving unprofessionaly. Finally 3rd time someone came to take prior dishwasher

The first dishwasher install did not go well , the machine was even dented on the side , we had to request a new dishwasher and a new installation.

Installer lied about an electrical outlet being required. Was wrong about the manufacturer electrical plug. Pressured me into an independent sale of their services to install an outlet. Or they would have left without completing the job.

Worst ever. Dishwasher didn’t drain after they left and it is crooked.

I would like to rate Best Buy and their third party delivery/installation provider, Pacific Express Installation with zero stars. Best Buy and Pacific Express never delivered or installed our dishwasher or refrigerator but claimed they did. We are very disappointed in their customer service, which has still not resolved this issue.

Now that it is in I love it. However it took over a month getting here and the lack of communication between Best Buy and installers was non-existent. Store should carry more hose choices so it can be installed first time instead of the third.

The 3rd party installer was awesome! Best Buy is so messed up internally it took over a month to finally get an undamaged appliance rescheduled for install. 4 days after install i am still getting calls and emails to reschedule our install.

Installation was done wrong and dishwasher would not work (error code FTD). Had to call GeekSquad to come and fix ...so had to wait 4 days to get the dishwasher to work. I believe the drainage cable was incorrectly fixed..GeekSquad had to reverse the connection.

This delivery took three months and 5 attempts! Horrible installers when the product did arrive. They misinstalled it and then came up with a lame excuse about how my dishwasher opening was "too narrow"!! Really??!! There was a dishwasher in that space before the new one arrived. Poor form.

The install was scheduled 10:am -1:00pm, the installer came at 3:45pm. He ran a test and water went everywhere, he said the hose was clogged that he just installed! Ask him to unclogged and he said he could not! He left and left all the white discard from package on my floors! Totally DISSATISFIED WITH HIM TODAY! Can't use the dishwasher because of what he said was a clogged line!

You showed up to remove my existing dishwasher and then informed us that we need to pay another 75 dollars for a 2 dollar valve. Then left the dishwasher in my garage and never installed it I never received a refund on the installation and had to do it my self what a joke I have bought many appliances from best buy over the years I will be looking elsewhere in the future
