Worst experience I’ve ever had with any retailer. Dishwasher was delivered but not installed. I have been trying for months to get my refund posted. Have called customer service 12 times and each time is the same. The refund plus compensation is promised, but never delivered. I will never shop at or recommend Best Buy again.

Had problems with installation, with damage to kitchen wall, but dishwasher is good product. This installation was done before Thanksgiving. The field manager, Brandon, contacted me regarding the damage, but has yet to follow up with me. It is almost Christmas, and sadly, it appears that Best Buy is now choosing to ignore the damage caused by the installation.! I will let you know how Best Buy handles my claim in future post.

Damaged cabinet during installation Screw went through outside of cabinet. Mentioned to installer he seemed to indicate it was somehow my fault which is ridiculous.I reported this to management at bestbuy and they called someone to report but never heard anything back on any repairs.

Installers damaged dishwasher while installing. I recommend the dishwasher installation because it would have been more than we could have handled.

Not happy about paying for the Total Protection package (which includes my installation and also having to pay the installer another $130 for saying the dishwasher wouldn't work with 1/2 in pipe, etc. I let Best Buys CSR know it too and they said they'd take it up the ladder.

Installer refused to install because he was not an electrician. I can understand this...the problem is no one asked me how the current item's electrical installation was done...so you all sent the wrong person for the installation.

Installation fail - after installation ran the cycle and water poured on the floor. Called and the installer returned and declared the unit defective. Said he would call Best Buy and they would call me and when I contacted Best Buy after two days they hadn't heard anything about it.

The third party installer was a disaster. He broke the connection and told me it was fine. After he left, discovered it was leaking. Had a terrible time with best buy customer service, no help. Tried plumbers but no luck until a wonderful neighbor came over and fixed it.

The installer was a 3rd party, coughing and sneezing the entire time and no mask. He didn’t secure the dishwasher inside the cabinet, left screws in a pile, didn’t install parts inside the bucket that are supposed to cover the holes

back ordered for another month, so cancelled order.

Terrible service; promised a certain install day. Never came and customer service over phone was absolutely no help and they did not do anything to fix issue. They made it more complicated, on the verge of cancelling the order. Not to mention the corp customer service have no clue on what to do and how to fix it

I have been given the runaround on my appliance order. As of this past Monday I was to receive everything and then I wound up ordering another dishwasher because it could be installed on Friday. So I have now purchased 2 dishwashers and have none though the system shows the installation as complete.

Best Buy uses a third-party company to deliver your dishwasher and install it. They did a terrible job they came very late in the evening and they put it in we ran it one time and the screws fell out of the brackets that hold it to the countertop. Then we had to wait about a month for them to come back to reinstall it.

Installer wanted to leave without connecting water and drain hose or even sliding into place, because he did not have the capability to connect to copper tubing. After some encouragement he he connected everything except water supply. I had to call a plumber to complete the job.

The installer scratched the dishwasher during installation and never pointed that out. When we noticed and I asked before the truck pulled away, he said, with a really dismissive tone, "it got caught on one of the screws, nothing I can do about that, you need to call Best Buy" and then pulled away.

Dishwasher was put in place and it looked like it was working however the installer did not connect the dishwasher to the disposal. And therefore the dishwasher could not drain. The hose was in place but the connection between the two was not cleared

I was renovating my kitchen. The new countertop and cabinets around where the dishwasher was to be installed were already in place, so when the technician came to install the dishwasher, he told me that he could not do that kind of 'blind' installation. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. I had to call a plumber to install the dishwasher. Was able to get a refund since installation service was not rendered, however, extremely disapointed.

I paid for installation, but had to hire someone else to come install because Best Buy just dropped of the appliances and left. Also, I was quoted October 29th as an installation date, and the appliances took over 3 weeks to even be delivered. Beware of appliance purchases from Best Buy. There is zero customer service.

The crew that showed up was disorganized and rude. They would leave the house doors open everytime they needed to go to their truck for equipment they forgot. They left empty cartons and trash on counters when they left. They didn't try the new product, they installed and left. Terrible inappropiate service

Had to book it twice because he didn’t know how to connect water. So, I had to go buy a part out of my pocket and put it in. When he came the second time, he could make it fit and couldn’t attach it to counter. So, I had to do that, too. What did I pay for? You should pay me!
