Had to return first DW due to banged corner. When the second one was delivered we did not get the install from BB- My plumber handled it instead. There was a lot of confusion cancelling the install and crediting the card. They kept making me go somewhere other than telling the people who kept trying to schedule the install. Bought in May, here we are in Nov and on the phone again trying to get the credit on my card for the the install.

Dishwasher was installed and failed to power on! Unit was left at my home and the re-install was scheduled for 3/28. Drivers attempted to leave a new unit without installation. I asked them to take the new unit back. I'm not in need if 2 units one doesn't work and the other not installed! Make it make sense...

I was told by Bestbuy installers that a piece was needed and they wouldn’t install. Installation was supposed to be free. I called in a plumber who informed me that no piece was needed and of course he installed it for a few. I certainly hope those installers get paid ONLY if they install and not just for showing up.

Very difficult customer service process, not at all satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Our dishwasher was installed and then didn’t drain because they didn’t properly install it. We called, someone else was sent out (supposedly their best installer), he looked at it and walked away and said there was nothing he could do. We’re paying a plumber to do it since BestBuy can’t figure this out.

The installers couldn't install because they claim they couldn't remove the old unit. The brackets were held in place by silicon sealant that literally took me 30 seconds to remove when I got home from work. Customer service said they would reimburse me for the "installation". 1 month later , no reimbursement and not a word back from customer service. Thanks for nothing

They installed the dishwasher, but when they left, I couldn’t pull out the silverware tray. Had to have a repairman out to fix the problem. He fixed it in five minutes. I consider the original install totally unacceptable.

This was supposed to be a water line install to the ice maker, guy showed up and said he had wrong part and never came back. Best buy rescheduled and no one showed up. Then I cancelled it and did it myself. Now best buy keepa trying to reschedule...but for a dishwasher installation?

We had our service rescheduled 4 times and then the day they were supposed to come install, they bumped our order & never even called us to notify us. Such a disappointment to a very loyal card member. We will not ever be purchasing products at best buy again & will be closing our credit card account.

They were in a hurry,were messy and never cleaned up the mess on the floors.Should have at least offered to vacuum or pick up remnants of debris.

I still don't have a dishwasher that is not busted. I bought the original in December came broke. Then they shipped the replacement to the wrong address in the wrong state without the installation included. Then they couldn't fix the original ticket and had to make a new one and I still don't have the replacement

they came out never installed it said floor was not right they didn't put wood back after pulling out old one once they did put it back new one was level and ready for install they said boss man said no we can't install it they left house taking my tip of ten dollars and old one plus they took parts to install i had to hire someone else and go buy parts from home depot need less to say this is my last appliance buy from best buy

According to literature Best Buy will not use old water or drain lines. These guys did. Subcontractors not Best Buy employees.

Best Buy was not able to do the installation because our dishwasher was not next to kitchen sink.

My expensive dishwasher installation was never completed, the dishwasher moves when running. I have contacted Bestbuy numerous times with no satisfactory result. An installer said he needed to order brackets many weeks ago, still waiting. I've been told several times that the guy working on this problem is not working today.

We had multiple cancellations without a phone call. Once the installer finally arrived, he used the wrong wire nuts to connect the aluminum and copper wires. The dishwasher stopped working within twenty-four hours after the installer left my home.

I bought this item online... my husband decided to pay for the item to be installed. The tech who installed did a great job. Unfortunately, they allowed an unauthorized charge to my card. The manager of the store said I was charged... "customer service" says I wasnt; they were very condescending. The charge shows up on my account AND my husband's. Now, I am online with Geek Squad and they keep asking me the same question that I already answered.

Flooded my brand new cabinet. Left Water sitting in dishwasher. loosened our disposal which caused leak. He did not brake through the disposal for pipe hookup. Best Buy Would Not Refund My INSTALL. 2 HOUR PHONE conversation. HAD TO CALL AND PAY FOR PLUMBER. Gave Me a Gift Card to spend in their store.

The installation crew installed the dishwasher and hauled away the old one.

I purchased this with the installation option. When the technician arrived to install it, the dishwasher was damaged on the front. Another dishwasher was supposed to have been installed on 28 June 2020, but no one showed up and I can’t get in touch with anyone at BestBuy to resolve the issue.
