Your delivery guy arrived with an attitude and no ID of who he was. He wasn’t driving a Best Buy vehicle, he had no shirt on that said Best Buy. I asked for an ID, he said he had none so he says I can’t deal with this you’ll have to re schedule your appointment and he left.

The installer ruined the drainage hose of the dishwasher by kinking it and pushing the machine in too far. It did not complete even one cycle. I returned it to Best Buy for credit. I think the installation kit should be credited also since it was the fault of the installer that the machine didn't work.

Absolutely terrible! Dishwasher is slightly smaller than the space its in, so instead of putting in shims to raise the dishwasher, they bent the mount to attach it to the counter surface above the dishwasher till they ripped out of the counter.

Got "free" delivery, installation, and haul away from TotalTech but dishwasher didn't end up working. No way to get a refund on TotalTech after calling multiple times. Would not recommend working with Best Buy on any appliance or installation

sent subcontractor with the dishwasher that would not install. Installation was included since I am a Total Tech member. Is total tech a total wreck?? The new dishwasher is setting in the kitchen waiting for installation.

they installed it at an angle - had issues 1st day. I called bosch they came out and fixed all the issues. Not happy but it was free.

In the past excellent service and overall good experience This time install was a nightmare. Ended up canceling my order

Had to reschedule delivery and I paid for it. it took several days and hours to get dishwasher installed was highly disappointed.

Worst customer service of my LIFE. DO not purchase an appliance from this company and expect them to install. We ended up installing ourselves, no support available, company doesn’t care if you have a terrible experience. I will never purchase through them again.

I am TotalTech, so installation of the dishwasher I bought should have been a nominal cost. Instead, BB arrived, decided that I didn't have the configuration that they could handle. Great dishwasher, nice enough people, but the job itself was a fail.

I like the dishwasher however, the worst, scariest install experience I’ve ever had. Already been discussed and handled through BB.

A third party was sent to perform a dishwasher installation and it now needs to be redone. They didn't install the waste line properly, didn't install the 'fins' on the outside of the tub, recessed the unit too far back, didn't make it level, etc. The operating manual wasn't initially provided, I had to ask the installer for it.

Guys were great that came out but not happy that I buy the packet for 170$ for the dishwasher installation. Just for the guys that installed to say I needed to pay another 170$ so now total installation was 340$ on top of the 700$ dishwasher. I spend alot of money at best buy for them to have hidden cost for the installations.

There was a part missing, which neither the sales people nor the installers did not notice. Also, the pump failed . We are now waiting for it so the technician can fix it. We bought the dishwasher in January and is is still not fixed.

I got the install for free because of install issues. They don't advise that you will need additional repairs or parts and permits.

When installers came i ended up having to pay an additional $196 for them to complete the install. That was not mentioned at all bu Best Buy. The installers were great but it would have been nice to know about an additional fee before my dishwasher was sitting in my house to be installed.

Terrible installation. Installer never even connected the water or tried the dishwasher. Left all the packing and instructions inside. Our contractor had to connect it the dishwasher worked fine after our contractors finished the installation

The installers were great folks but I've found that my dishwasher is leaking after install. Good folks but not okay on the install.

I am still waiting to have my dishwasher instslled. It has been over a month now. I need a Saturday installation which was scheduled for 10/14/17 but they cancelled at the last minute and promised me a delivery date of 10/21 but that never happened and no one ever gets back to me to. Right now I'm scheduled for a Saturday in late November because they told me all Saturdays are filled up until then.

Two young guys showed up to install the dishwasher. They said they could only put it in and hook up the hoses & the discharge chute. They could not put the discharge tube in where the old one ran. They drilled 2 holes in my cabinets . I was able to run the discharge tube through the original holes with my last dishwasher.They put a 110 cord on it & ran an extension cord to an outlet. Next time I will do it myself.
