Poor customer service Did not install my dishwasher Had it have family put it in

If I could give 0 stars for the installation, I would. The dishwasher was not secured properly and pulled out as soon I attempted to use. I had to install it correctly myself. I’m not sure what I paid for other than them taking away my old dishwasher. Very disappointed with the so-called installation.

Installer broke the pipe during installation. Call the customer service and left several massages. No one call back. End up in paying about $300 for repair.

The guy showed up with our new Dishwasher, didn't take it out of the box and told me it wouldn't fit. Said it was 1/8 of an inch too tall. So my free total tech installation, became a $200 installation by my contractor. It fit perfectly once it was out of the box.

The guy never did the installation. He left the dish washer in the middle of the kitchen. With no box or anything. I can’t believe I pay for a service I never got. I call Best Buy about this and I don’t get a solution either. No money no service.

We had free install so good thing we got what we paid for. Left new unit with smudges and fingerprints all over. Kept telling me how bad old install was and I was one who installed (have done 12 installs before and just didn't have time to do this myself). Did nothing but complain the whole time and total install was MAYBE 25 minutes. Would probably find the time to do myself in the future.

After three no shows for scheduled installation I had no choice but to return the dishwasher. After speaking to multiple people and promised that it would be resolved immediately and account would be credited I never heard back from anybody. GM at Eden Prairie Best Buy won’t return calls. Worst customer service I’ve every received.

My install was a day late. The unit wasn't delivered by bestbuy rather two guys in a beat up blazer. One spoke English the other did not. The English speaking installer listened to music on his headphone while the non English speaking installer did all the work. Both stunk of cigarettes. To me the whole thing was not very professional and is something buyers need to be made aware.

Dishwasher couldn't be installed because your intall only includes a 6 foot cord . we need a 12 foot cord .....Silly that your installer can't complete and install because of the length of the cord !!!!!!!

Two missed delivery times (one because we didn't get added to the list and the other they brought the wrong one), installers charged and additional $200 in fees to get the install up to code in my city (allegedly extra fees at time of install is in the fine print that BB never gave me). It was a disaster and took me two hours in the phone to get any money back (in the form of gift card).

Waited 4 weeks, they cancelled on us twice. First time they never called, I had to call them. We had to pick it up ourselves and did our own install. Not happy with your installers at all!!! Since when do they get to decide when and who they want to install?

The dishwasher was not secured to the cabinet, they didn’t adjust the height in order for the door to be opened automatically which also meant the toe plate was installed improperly and they didn’t leave any of the extra hardware so I could fix all issues

Worst customer service - truly not an exaggeration. Look through the narrative of this very-very story - one phone call by another, one failure by another, one lie after the other, and you will see. I will never recommend Best Buy to anyone.

Installer pushed the dishwasher so far back that we couldn't reach the control panel. I had to pull it further out.

Installation was a horrible experience, never use you again. I not have a hole at the top of my microwave.

Bosch dishwasher delayed 2 months. Installers delayed install 2 extra weeks. The dishwasher finally got installed 3 MONTHS later and is DEFECTIVE! Have to wait another MONTH!!!

Now for almost 2 weeks we have no dishwasher. Not sur if it is diffective or installation issue.

Horrible service! I purchased the dishwasher in October of 2022 and it just got installed in June of 2023. People trying to come by at 10:30 PM to install it and then lie and say they couldn’t install it.

We were remodeling kitchen and did not have counter installed. They never said that we needed counter installed when purchased. Installer ended up yelling at us about the counter, The electrical outet said dishwasher wouldn’t fit. I ended up doing it myself with no problems.

Needed to have the installer come back twice to fix water blowing out the air gap. He removed the air gap but left the drain hose lay on the floor of the cabinet which is not ok. I looped the hose to make a high loop so water didn't drain back into the dishwasher.
