These installations guys have bad attitudes. They come into your house acting like "Know it all's" and then don't really want to connect things the way it's supposed to. When it's all done they want to act nice because they tell you a survey will be coming out and they would appreciate it if you gave them all 10's. These guys are not customer service oriented at all.

Horrible service. Installers broke something in my kitchen and then left with the job unfinished. The best part was they expected me to sign that the job was done when it wasent.

Had to get a replacement installed and the installer wasn't the best. I ended up having to level it myself.

Installation was quick. Installer did not run a cycle. Took two week so t be able to use.

The company who does the installation. Came in said they could not install it and threaten to take my dishwasher back. The one I already paid for. It was a disaster. Best Buy needs to look for a better company to install their products.

The order was totally messed up in spite of phone calls and visit to the store. The installation took place only after a delay of 2 weeks. There was none on Best Buy or Geek squad side to look into the issue and try to resolve, utterly disappointed.

You guys left it here cause you can't hook up in Wyoming. We had to find our own plumber. Dishwasher is great can't say the same for you. Paid cash for washer on October 29th. Still waiting for it.

Delivery people were unable to install so I had to hire an independent installer. I had to ask them to leave the install kits. I also had to go to the store to get the charge reversed after 'chatting' with 6 different people and trying to call the store. This is automation run amok.

Dishwasher install people couldn’t figure out where the pipes for existing one is and left without installing

They walked in, looked at the floor in front of the dishwasher, and then left. I was told to get the floor removed and then the install could be done. They did not remove old dishwasher and left the new one still sitting in the garage. They never did anything but my account was charged $139.99.

Cut my hoses and left me hanging for 2 weeks as new unit was damaged. Would not reconnect older working unit Very unprofessional Customer service didn’t care They cut hoses etc, but would not reinstall Poor Quality control on new units They use independent contractors and Best Buy takes no responsibility Avoid them !!!!

My husband had to make suggestions because the installer couldn't get the dishwasher to fit properly.

We can't review the installation because WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE DISHWASHER!!! As a matter of fact we canceled your installation because the people you use lied to me!

Not happy with the installation since in less than a year, the dishwasher came loose from the wall and tips forward. I cannot use it. Called Best Buy, and they charge full price to come back and reattach it. Makes me wonder how secure it was in the first place.

Absolutely terrible. We had to have another installer come to check what the problem was. The original installers did not know what they were doing. Best Buy has been lax with getting back to us quickly. I will never have them install anything again.

They did ok they was not professional sem like some bs my water valve was messed up after they removed the old one so i had to pay an additional 100 bucks cash for them to replace valve

Zero communication from Best Buy before delivery. I made 3 phone calls prior to delivery with no results. Customer service for delivery was not helpful at all. Wasted an hour and a half on the phone and half a day waiting for no reason.

Bought dishwasher on line. Geek squad 800# is a JOKE! I was placed ON HOLD for hours YES i was hot! So hot, i TOLD my bank to VOID transaction! I will ONLY pay, after i put Best Buy on hold for hours to see how you all like that! i had to drive to local store to get install. they were VERY nice! I will NEVER use Best Buy on line again!

It has been an absolutely disaster with the installation process. They never show up within the time frame promised. The first installation was not properly done and the machine had to be exchanged. The 2nd installation had the wrong dishwasher in the truck for the exchange. The 3rd installation showed up 2.5 hours after the promised time frame.

Worst experience of my life. Dishwasher came in with th the top shelf broken. Replaced Dishwasher then the hose was missing. Too much of a hassle
