Dishwasher got dented during installation. Had to call Best Buy. Was given option or having someone come back out, take out dishwasher & replace it. Was not really in favor of this since initial install was over 2 hours past installation window originally given. Was given a small gift card

Initially I thought I was going to need Best Buy to install appliance but my contractor did the installation. I have tried for a month to get bill adjusted. I have been passed from person to person, disconnected, given a case number and told I would get refund but I have received nothing. Customer service is horrendous

They didn't actually install the dishwasher. The came out and said too bad this is a custom job. Now even though they reported it wasn't actually installes (and the lost the kickplate) I'll have to fight to get that money back as it wasn't automatically refunded

Worst experience ever buying a product. Took several calls to get the product installed. It took almost 3 months after I paid for the product for it to be installed. A month into use, there was a water leak. Never going to buy ever from Bestbuy again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying something. They charged me and never did it. Online it said they did but the dishwasher was delayed on delivery so it was impossible they installed it. Took months to get them to a acknowledge the screw up

They were almost 5 hours past scheduled time, when they did arrive they set it up fine.

Installers did not have tools they needed not professional at all.

They did not install my diswasher as they said I needed a new water valve put in. Had plumber come out and istall new valve, which he said was not needed. Please schedule dishwasher set-up. thanks

Many visits. Misinformation from installer. Broken dishwasher. six month wait for dishwasher ordered. The last person who came was extremely competent. But this was after six months of trying to get right product.

Service was not performed. I am escalating the issue as I opted for 4 appliances from my order to be installed by Best Buy and only 1 was actually installed by them. I had to pay for someone else to install the other 3 appliances.

quick and successful install but had to reschedule 4 times to get them to actually come. I had to miss work 4 days to get this delivered and installed. They confirmed delivery dates but were no call and shows for the first 3 times. I did not even get an apology.

First installment unit didn't even power on! The company you contract with left the residence without even trying to operate the machine nor did they show the homeowner. We had to wait almost an additional week for a new install date. Very poor service. Will not be buying another appliance from best buy.

Called 3 times in 3 weeks to get the installation switched over from in transit to delivered so they can process my refund and still had to call again because no one started my refund process until I got a lawyer. Overall it took over a month to get my money back

Viking has a great reputation for its products, but the dishwasher that was installed at my home is not working properly. Dishes aren't dried and condensation remains in the dishwasher, specifically on the door, after I have repeatedly dried it.

Terrible installation. I keep having my dishwasher flooded from Water coming out of my kitchen sink and this is due to a wrong installation of the evacuation hose according to a Samsung technician.

Took a long time to get it installed. They had to come back again to reinstall it.

The team installing my appliance did not respect my wishes, and were very pushy about things. They also kept leaving my door open, i swear i had to get up and close it 20 times.

This dishwasher could not be installed on the day promised because it needed a $6.00 water supply connector. After I installed the connector, Best Buy could not arrange for a return visit for installation for another 8 days. Needless to say, the dishwasher looked very nice on my living room floor until I cancelled the order and it was returned.

Installers didn't remove the plug from the garbage disposal before installing the dishwasher. It took me forever to figure it out and do it properly.

They don’t even wait for the whole dish cycle finished and assumed everything work and left me with defective units
