The driver refused to haul away our old dishwasher and the packaging of the new one. Also the misc. components were not delivered and as a result we are using the old components. Very unprofessional attitude by the installer.

Install never happened. Best Buy could never get its act together after scheduling this work three times and then losing the schedule. I had to cancel the order due to administrative incompetence.

Installers didn't pre-drill the holes for the side brackets that hold the dishwasher in place. When they screwed in the new wood area the larger screw split the wood. To be consistent they made sure both sides matched!

You did not install the dishwasher. I had to pay 100.00 for installation. Because the delivery truck got a flat tire. They wanted me to wait till may. I had to have someone pick it up. And install. Very disappointed

I paid Best Buy for installation of new dishwasher When installers left my home, dishwasher was not working properly( at all). Would not recommend paying for installation at Best Buy. I had to pay a plumber to come and fix what original installers messed up.

They canceled first scheduled install. Called us said be there in 20 minutes and never showed up. Best Buy used a 3rd party installer who Best Buy had no idea what company was supposed to install. When called and asked where is our dishwasher installers they said it could take 72 hours to get a reply.

You're better off doing this yourself or hiring an independent person to do a dishwasher install. Lots of problems and also some damage done. Had to correct problems with sloppy install. Do yourself a favor and read the install guide before the product is installed. Check to ensure it's right before dishwasher is mounted.

Third party installer. The guy saw an obvious problem, didn’t say word other then the dishwasher doesn’t work. The guy got paid the same if it worked or not.

Installer rescheduled several times, and eventually installed the unit in a rush. Now we have a wonderful dishwasher, but it has a significant scratch on the side of the door, and sits at a slight angle. He also nearly damaged every surface in our home that he came in contact with. He was at least very personable!

The sub contractor who delivered the dishwasher was a jerk. He didn't have the correct bit to bore the hole for the installation big enough through the floor, so he cut the End of the drain hose off and then it was too small for the drain to be attached, so we had to run out and buy a new drain hose so he could install correctly

3x attempted delivery 1st time a lemon didn’t work Second time crushed had to tape up so could use until a replacement could be delivered 3rd attempt no one could install Purchased in November it’s January and still no dishwasher how’s that for a review

The installation has not happened as yet. The dishwasher is sitting in my garage because apparently my hardwood floor has to be removed first. Best Buy has not followed up to fix this.

The installation never happened because the product was damaged. Trying to get it picked up and exchanged is going on two weeks now with NO resolution from the sales team. Extremely frustrating!!

Unprofessional installation, by the person that best buy hire to install my dishwasher I was appalled when the installer chapped the wire of my brand new dishwasher terrible how best buy hire a company that doesn't have professional technicians.

While recently undergoing a counter top and cabinet remodel learned that installer did not properly install Bosch dishwasher to cabinet opening, Learned this when having work on kitchen counter tops & cabinets.

Connections not secure. Waiting on tech to come back out. Water leaking under sink and through air gap ☹️ However I have confidence that Bestbuy will make it right. They immediately set up an appointment for another tech to come out

Installer failed to secure dishwasher om top and isn't level. Lower rack slides back into washer when trying to empty. Worse installation I've had from Best Buy.

The new dishwasher was said to be defective, but it was not shown to me. The delivery tech had begun to remove my old dishwasher, and although I insisted it be re-installed, it was not put back the way it was before the non-delivery.

Terrible. The installer punctured the discharge hose! Had to replace the entire unit. Dealing with the problem was a nightmare. The store does not accept phone calls! The schedule kept changing making it difficult to schedule time off to be there.
