After they installed the dishwasher the hot water no longer worked and I had to call a plumber. They said they would pay for it, but I have not received that yet even though they said the money for the plumber would be here by today.

The installation was not completed correctly. The dishwasher does not function due to the water line being connected incorrectly. Best Buy has been unable to schedule a technician to come back and actually finish the install in less than two weeks.

We were given a time of 9-11 for installation. We did not hear from the installer until 12:30pm. The installer finally showed up with our dishwasher around 2.

Never installed. We canceled our order after the installation company canceled our appointment last minute

Horrible install company that Best Buy sent. Wouldn’t install. Had to hire another company and pay for installation. Many consumer complaints on this company called Elite

I waited a month to get my dishwasher delivered and installed. I was told by the delivery guy because my pipes were "old" I needed to hire a plumber. Called my friend who is a handyman. He said,"Those delivery guys were just lazy!" They should have easily been able to install it! Phew! Relief! Now he got the money!

I would love to rate the installation of my new dishwasher except that it's not installed. Purchased on 7/9/22 and today they pushed install date out to 9/26, so I can't review what hasn't been done.

The dishwasher is in place. However, the water line is not connected. The installation person stripped the fitting to our hot water valve. The drain line is not connected and is laying on the bottom of the cabinet. Makes me wonder if the electrical is connected correctly.

bad installers, do not speak English, did a bad job. stole some of the parts.

installers did not push dishwasher back in cabinet correctly leaving space and both sides they did not install trim and took it away with them, when they left I had to install it myself. still don't have trim and can't get any results from Best Buy

The installer was very skilled and did a very good job. However, Best Buy did not tell me in advance that the electrical hookup would cost me $80 because my old unit had the connection on the left instead of right side.

Unable to have installation done, still waiting on Best Buy for an reimbursement. Poor customer service online and over the phone

Dishwasher was never installed. Did not have sink installed at the time. Reqlly disappointed we coulnt get refund back for uninstalled dishwasher. Called customer serive mutiple times. No resolution. Poor customer service!

The 1st installer was very rude about everything. He acted like he did not want to be here. The dish washer needed a new drain hose which they did not sell or have on the truck or could even install. They said it needed to be a plumber, I thought that's why I paid the extra money for. So I did it myself and everything is fine.

If you would like to waste your time go ahead and order delivery and installation through your local best buy. I have been rescheduled 3 times now.

Insulation not installed. Dishwasher not leveled.

Didn’t go well. Appointment was late in the day and installers didn’t have all the supplies needed to do the job. We ended up canceling our installation through Best Buy and used a private company.

We have not been a fan of the installation of our dishwasher since we got it. I’m really not sure why we have not called them to fix it. But screws are scratching it and it is not level.

Team was rude and did not install anything. Later on, I scheduled another time for them to come back but they never showed. Worst $200 spent on total tech.
