The dishwasher is not sitting evenly and I was charged for parts, which I understood were included as part of the appliance bundle.

The people who installed my new dishwasher damaged my kitchen countertop. I tried twice to file a claim through Total Tech and have yet to receive any result.

When the installer came to our home, he refused to do the work. He then left. To make matters worse, he then went back to his office and claimed that he did the work and delivered the dishwasher!! It took me three weeks and two trips to the store to get a refund. I won't be buying anymore appliances from Best Buy.

If I could leave even less of a rating, I would. After Best Buy missed 2 scheduled appointments without even calling me, I had to make arrangements to wait around for them for a THIRD time. They are the worst.

Third party vendor who installed the dishwasher was a nightmare. After making arrangements with company when making purchase, they "forgot" to schedule the install then lied about it. Store manager was terrible to work with and very rude. Was supposed to be a two hour window ended with having to take an entire day waiting.

Installers had no idea what they were doing. They did not install the dishwasher correctly and it leaked into my cabinets. The smell is what gave away the poor installation after months of water accumulating under the cabinets. Double check anything an installer does or it could happen to you. Will never use again.

One of the connections was loose and it leaked onto the floor that night. I woke up with carpet soaked.

Improper installation by Best Buy delivery persons lead to major leak in home and the dishwasher is inoperable thanks to improper connection to water line/ hose. Get the warranty since BB is cutting corner on the staff used for installation.

Only because it cant be lower. Worst service experience i have ever had. XPO WHO INSTALL FOR BEST BUY HAVE UNDER TRAINED STAFF WHO ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE A PROPER INSTALL. BE FOR WARNED !

The installer did not install the dishwasher. He said the electrical outlet was at an inconvenient place behind the washer. We offered to move the washer ourselves and plug it in but he refused.

Dishwasher had to have 120 degree water going into it to work. Our water heater is not set that high because of small children. On of the wine glass holders broke the second day. The soap pod would not melt and remained through four wash cycles when repairman tried to fix. The scum on dishes was incredible.

Installer arrived with incorrect appliance. It was the model ordered, but was the wrong color: Ordered white, arrived with stainless steel (outside door color). It had to be returned to warehouse and order reprocessed.

Not good customer service dept they have been out 2 different times and did not install dishwasher it always something else I need to spend money on to have in stall not good with following up on things

Never would I use them to install appliances again. Worst service I've ever been given in my life. For $20k, one would expect excellent customer service and words cannot begin to express the unprofessionalism and lack of care from anyone. Do not pay for installation. Hire a contractor. Way better off.

Bought new but defective Bosh dishwasher on July 4 2018 from Best Buy store. It was installed by geek squad and never worked and Bosh and Best Buy both running me around even though I have paid protection plan .unit damaged my cabinet still waiting to hear from Bosh about claim damage

The initial delivery was very bad, Did not came in at time scheduled, Called 3 times and did not get call backs or resolution! The unit came in damage and installers told us that some one will be calling us to rectified the proble, no one did, on and one!!!

Best Buy installer failed to establish that the dishwasher functioned as designed. Was unable to demonstrate the removal and cleaning of the filter. Dishwasher leaks and therefore the transaction reversed. Buy elsewhere!

First delivery missed install date then delivered wrong machine. They removed old machine but didn't cap disposal drain. Water poured out damaging cabinet and poured into basement. The second team completed the install and agreed the cap was not installed. Floor tile damaged during installation.d

After two appointments, technician refused to try to install dishwasher because he didn't want to be responsible for scratching our floors. He asked us to sign a disclaimer saying he wouldn't be responsible if floor was damaged. He went on to say we needed to remove the counter top in order to install the dishwasher

They disconnected my garbage disposal and I had to have an ecetritian to come in after them and fix the problem.
