Excellent, knowledgeable installer. I was impressed that he solved the install problems with our dishwasher and got the job done. Also, protected the floors and cleaned up .

Who would have thought a commodity product could be so noteworthy? -- so quiet that it shines a red light on floor to advise you it is functioning. Besides customary holders for silverware is a 3rd/top rack for a variety of utensils; 2nd rack has a height adjustment. Adequate number of cycles with foolproof settings; excellent results. I can't imagine what meaningful features are added to models selling for up to $1200 more.

The installer was knowledgeable and respectful. I received my dishwasher during the CoVid pandemic and he maintained a safe distance from me and wore his mask. He protected my floors before entering my home. He also cleaned up after himself. He contacted me by phone so that I would know when he would be arriving.

The installation of our Bosch 500 dishwasher was done very quickly, and the removal of the old dishwasher was done with no problems at all. After the install the technician gave us a quick overview of all the options.

Overall did a great job. Left some parts and packaging materials laying about.

The techs were in and out in less that 30 minutes and really knew what they were doing. All plumbing hook ups and testing went off without a hitch. Cleaned up all packaging materials and went over how to use the product from start to finish. Couldn't be more pleased.

Richard did a great job installing our dishwasher and even took the time to adjust it to look better in our cabinet space the was leaning one way and the countertop the other. Very knowledgeable and professional in his work. We enjoyed working with Richard. Super guy and great sense of humor!

The installation wasn't as smooth as expected When the test run was done the free packets were still inside and we found them later. Could of used more help in understanding the machine and wifi hook up. Afterwards the water valve had to be replaced because it leaked. Not the installers fault but thought the leak should of been caught by them not us It seemed that the installers where more in a hurry to make delivery than to make sure we were completely satisfied

The install crew did a great job. They had delays due to vehicle issues; but, once onsite, they were efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Had to call for a second installer because initial installers (a) neglected to remove a plug between the dishwasher hose and the disposal and (b) the primary installer intentionally misled me about the "level" installation. Although his phone photo of the levels were "level," I learned when the second crew came out on a subsequent visit that the first installer placed the magnetic level on the door and opened the dishwasher door to a position that gave the illusion of a level installation. Absolutely horrible and am frustrated that I even tipped both of the first installers, thinking I was all set. The second team to come out was quick to ID the problems, very professional and the appliance is now working as promised, albeit three weeks after the initial installation.

I had a worst delivery and installation experiences. It took three tries to get a successful results. Two washers were damaged on delivery and I had to make multiple reschedules to remove and replace.

The installers were efficient, polite, patient and very thorough . There was no mess when they left. They made sure the dishwasher worked before leaving.

After being delayed 2 weeks due to communication errors within Best Buy, the installer (a third party installer, not Geek Squad) arrived and was courteous, clean and efficient. He explained why I needed a new water nozzle to connect my new dishwasher (in my 32 year old house) and made the repair quickly and cleanly. Thank you!

Great crew from Best Buy came out and did a wonderful job installing our new dishwasher. The installation was a little difficult due to hard to reach plugs, but the install crew took care of it and it’s now been working great for a month.

Good metal interior and adjustable top shelf. Very quiet. The DRY option is non-intuitively accessed through the DELICATE and RINSE buttons. The lower shelf jumps down and the door is stiff.

The team sent should have had an easy time of it. Unfortunately whoever did the installation of the dishwasher I was replacing, did a sloppy, poorly routed job . The team from Best Buy took their time, cleaned up the routing and mess from the original install and I couldn't be happier with the results. A rock solid, clean and professional installation of our new dishwasher.

It took 2 tech guys here to complete the installation of the dishwasher. not all of the 'parts' were included in the primary delivery. after 3 weeks, it is now working well.

The installers that installed our dishwasher were great!!! The took the time to answer any questions and made sure to stay to make sure the unit worked as it was supposed to. I can’t say enough good things about those guys!! They were very clean and neat..making sure all the mess was cleaned up befor they left.
