Refused to install the dishwasher on the basis the floor wasn't level. I guess everyone else's floor is level? Ridiculous.

Very disappointed in the fact that after they left we had a leak. Had to make another appointment to have them come back out.

Delivery never happened. They sent me a voicemail saying the truck broke down AND then canceled my delivery and did not reschedule. Customer service could not help me either. Horrible!

Unfortunately a manager never contacted me about my several missed appointments on there end… finally got my dishwasher reinstalled after waiting almost 2 months. Horrible customer service

We cancelled order because installer did a no show no call. They decided to go on vacation and not let anyone know. Best Buy was not willing to make right. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Faulty installation caused the LG dishwasher I purchased to flood my entire house. It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting on repairs to be completed so I can move back into my home. This entire experience has been a nightmare.

They did not install. Plumber had to connect to water and handiman was secured to stabilize and secure dishwasher in place. So far I am still being charged $159.99 for installation. 3 calls but still no resolution.

Cancelled first appointment a couple hours before.

If I could a half or no stars I would. Installers knew nothing of what I asked or knew why it wasn’t fitting flush against my counter like the other one did. Now I have to hire someone else to fix the install. Not happy what so ever.

Installers were going to install dw an inch proud of the cabinets. When I refused to allow, they scheduled a return appt 3 weeks out. I did the install myself.

3rd part install crew caused water damage on my floor and didn't even apologize. The whole delivery and install service were very unprofessional. DO NOT use any of BestBuy's installation service.

I paid for installation, on the day they two guys said I needed to cut out the tiles from my old model before they could remove it and install the new one. They left, I had no functional dishwasher. I got the old one out and installed the new one myself.

Crew that came to install had reversed a wire, and could not get the dishwasher to work. I hired an outside electrician that said they had done it wrong, and got it working with no issue.

Had to wait one week for install of Bosch dishwasher. Not terrible but the dishwasher was installed with a cracked hose. Leaked and damaged my cabinet. Was able to schedule GeekSquad to come in 2 days to fix it. They came without parts and now I have to wait another week for them to return.

Did not get my dishwasher installed. They did not have the correct shutoff valve I needed. I had to install it myself.

Install seemed quick and perfect except for the water leak under the sink from a broken valve connection that wasn't mentioned, Hard to understand why not mention because we had to discover. I thought it was odd he asked me to turn off the water supply for the house; he said company policy.

I am disappointed with the 3P install; they asked for additional $300 to change the small adaptor on my water line.

The item was delivered weeks late and the men who delivered it would not install it. I had to do the install myself. Love the dishwasher but hate your service.

so when I purchased this the installed broke it and took an old hose from a dishwasher on his truck. Still have not been refunded what a nightmare
