First of all, I purchased this item in October 2021. It is not installed yet. Problems with installation, Waiting three to four weeks for new installation dates. CANNOT RATE UNTIL I USE IT.

The installation of my dishwasher was very poorly done. The tech and to come out twice, and even after the second trip the installation was very unsatisfactory. I will have to have someone else come in to correct it.

Did not get it installed even though i paid for it. The guys said i needed a valve installed. Did not even leave the installation kit or take old one out. Called plumber i did not need valve installed

The installers had trouble installing the dishwasher. They apparently damaged some components as it is now leaking and the door hinge is broken. Needs to be replaced.

Dishwasher was not secured during original installation. A second visit was required. Now I need to go through the hassle of getting a replacement dishwasher.

They disconnected our main line and wont take responsibility. Getting a lawyer involved against Best Buy and their affiliates.

The install people said I needed to purchase a different dishwasher because the one I purchased with the appliance suite could not be installed in my 54 year old house. Did not install.

Major ding in cabinet that I didn't catch till they left. Stated that they were not authorized to screw dishwasher clips to the cabinet. I believe a couple of highschoolers could have done at least as well.

very average installation with a high price for the installation.

Dishwasher is not installed. I am told there are no installers in this area. Still trying to get the dishwasher installed.

The "official" Best was installer was horrible. It took over 12 trips for the installer to get the appliances in. This was a Thermador purchase so they sent their best people out. What a joke, for $1,200 to install appliances you would think the install team would own a level???

I purchased the dishwasher on 11/9 and have had 4 scheduled times for installation and it has not occurred yet. Today was the most recent no show on the install.

A week after installation we had water under the sink and discovered that the hose to the dishwasher was not connected at all. This is a basic expectation for installing a dishwasher.

My dishwasher isn’t installed cause they broke a pipe, the fee was told it would be returned as of yet nothing!

Installation marked as completed but it never happened. Another mistake from BestBuy. It was the 3rd installation scheduled and the 3rd miss. A 4th one schedule on December 1st. Still hope......

I would not depend on delivery and setup, they change a lot.

Not correctly, installed. This is third time I have requested to properly install the dishwasher. Every time they come and miss something. This time below rubber is out.

Still sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor two weeks. third party installers have refused to install it on two separate occasions.

When I open my dishwasher door, the top rack slides out and I have to “fight” with the door to place the dishes in!! I thought all dishwashers had adjustable legs to adjust to the level of the floor; I had just had a brand new floor install?!? Go figure!!

The installer refused to install saying my fittings were an incorrect size! Turned out they were the correct size all along, and I ended up installing the dishwasher myself!
