If I could give it zero stars I would. They promised all sorts of things they couldn’t deliver, made my life miserable and I will never set foot in a Best Buy again.

The Dishwasher was not installed correctly by bestbuy. Everytime we went to turn it on, the dishwasher would start but then turn off after 4 minutes. We finallly got a LG installer to come and install it correctly.

Nope nope nope- run away. Unprofessional sub contractors. No show on first day of scheduling. No call. Unreal.

The install did not go well. On second use it leaked and water accumulated. I need a repair person to come out and fix. How do I get that done as calling the customer service number does not work.

Dishwasher drain hose installed with a kink which caused dishwasher to stop working after 3 days. Installer left trash in driveway and kept asking us to give him an excellent rating. Had Bosch come and repair in 1 day while Geeksquad would have taken a week to come out.

The installation company wanted me to remove my hardwood floor for them to complete the installation. I sent them away do not use ABC installations.

This install was not completed by the third party. According to them, they do not install items that were previously installed at a different location. I was not informed of this when I made the original order. SMH

It was just a part to go with my appliance that I ordered.

the worst ever set up 3 appointments did not show or call 3 times spent 3-4 hours on phone with management ended up installing myself when i asked for $150 install fee nothing but excuses

the crew was completely incompetent, unable to install or to solve the problem of returning the "defective" dishwasher. Completed the service despite the fact that they took the dishwasher back. Could not solve the refund with Best Buy after many hours on the phone.

What a lousy bunch of workers / installers? 6 weeks and still no dishwasher maybe one day someone will fix the leak. Probably be out of warranty by the time that happens. Don't buy from Best Buy.

They must have dropped or unit was broken. Water all over my floor. Gone 3 months without replacement or dishwasher. Worst service and support ever

Once again they didn’t connect right. Waiting over 2 more weeks for next repair. I haven’t been able to use since purchase in almost 3 months from purchase.

Still no dishwasher installed! Bought it November 8, and already charged to my account. No installation scheduled until January 6. And I am disabled, with only one hand to wash my dishes. I can’t put a zero star.

Ran into many issues and a lot of time consumption

dishwasher was installed but does not run the cycle. I have been calling the installer to return to fix or diagnose if the problem is with the machine or installation.

Installer broke a piece off my counter top. Having a hard time getting in appraised. Dishwasher is wonderful. It has so many great features.

The installer broke the tile above my dishwasher. It has already cost me another day waiting for repair person only to find out he didn't have all the necessary tiles and therefore it will be a 3rd day for what should have been a simple installation

Delivery staff were HORRIBLE! We paid $30 for refrig removal. We had an old refrig in the garage. The one inside the house went to the garage and they refused to take the one in the garage with them.

TOTAL TECH SUPPORT GAVE ME WRONG MEASUREMENTS AND THE PRODUCT DIDNT FIT WHEN IT ARRIVED. SENT BACK TO BEST BUY FOR A FULL REFUND. BOUGHT FOR MY MOTHER FOR MOTHERS DAY. SO EMBARRASSED
