These installers did not clean up after themselves

I got charged an additional $275.00 by MN Plumbing and services to install a recent purchase of our dish washer. Beware of having your appliances, Will not have Best Buy installing anything again.

Would not recommend having Best Buy installers for dishwashers. They could not put in the water line because they are not plumbers.

If you enjoy receiving no assistance by calling and chatting with Total Tech for hours of run around and transfers, then buy Best Buy Total Tech support!

Free install never happened even though this was a higher priced dishwasher. We were told that we would have to wait 3 days to have someone come out and install. We could not leave it sitting in the middle of the kitchen that long

We had to have another crew come back and redo the installation

Service was bad because he didn't have the right parts and said he couldn't attach to pvc. How ridiculous. Was going to charge me for installation kit although he didn't even use half of it. Terrible

Completely unreliable. 7:00 am to 7:00 pm is completely unacceptable in today's world. Had to cancel due to the number of reschedules.

Ended up having to install it myself. No follow up

I ended up installing it myself after the two technicians sent to install came up with multiple reasons why they couldn't do it.

BB installed the dishwasher. Showed us it was working. Later that night, our brand new dishwasher no longer works. BB replaced it but we believe it was not the dishwasher. It was the install guy.

Dishwasher is not straight. Installer didn’t know how to setup the dishwasher. Best Buy says the care about safety. Installers didn’t have masks they could put on

Install was quick. They broke my pipe under the sink and didn't say anything. Good thing I didn't put everything back under my sink right away or else it would have taken me longer to realize. Luckily my husband is handy and was able to replace the pipe.

Truly awful experience. They damaged my newly refinished floors and are trying to argue that first it was glue, then it was the range - anything but them. Still an ongoing battle. Do NOT use them to install.

Bad at scheduling the delivery and installation. Box was damaged when delivered. I will never use Best Buy ever again.

This has been the most stressful and horrible purchase of my life. Please if you love yourself, shop elsewhere and get a better product.

Umm wasn’t pleased that part of my floor had to be saw to install my dishwasher but it did not get saw the 1st installation. And without my permission

They never installed my appliances after 4 reschedules by Best Buy. I still am not certain when I will get my appliances I ordered over a month ago installed.

Not a good experience. Had to use a plumber. Will ask more questions next time.
