Awful. Installation team lied about unit's functionality but installed it anyway and left without demonstrating it's use. A month later and multiple failed appointments and I still havent received a refund.

Installers didn't show up for appointment, no calls from them. They were late for the second appointment, left with the main water line half screwed in so woke up with a kitchen full of water.

According to Samsung, Best Buy installed the dishwasher incorrectly. The service from Best Buy is incredibly horrible. I would never buy another appliance from them.

Horrible installation. Did secure dishwasher. Third-party installer could not find mounts and used random screws. I have files compliant BB in the Veterans section.

I had to have people come 4 times over a two month period before I finally had a working dishwasher. It was a horrible experience.

The team that came for dishwasher installation did not do the job and mentioned that the dishwasher is not working and has to be replaced. So i had to request another pro for installation. I ended up spending on geeksquad and then another pro for fixing the issue.

Horrible service Toms Delivery. Delivery guy demanded $150 in cash saying valve needs to be replaced

Bought dishwasher in Nov. finally got it installed Feb.1st. Installer was great, was very sorry they kept putting us at the end of the line.

They have poor communication skills and they came to my home 3x now and still have not installed my dishwasher and the last time they were here they carried mud all over my house. If there was a 0 rating I would give them less.

job left undone. He said that he could not do the job because plumbing needed to be done. The geek squad had said the person would be able to take care of the plumbing work. I am very disappointed.

The installers could not install my dishwasher and as a result I had to hire a plumber to complete the job. Apparently my plumbing had different fittings than the installation kit that I purchased with the dishwasher and I was told the installers could not complete the job.

Your Third Party Vendor; "Ezekiel Elite" showed up with out the Necessary Tools to install my Dishwasher, so I had to contact a Plumber to perform the job correctly

wasnt really happy with how my installation turned out. This thing is still on a weird angle. They had to come back out to install the security bracket

The overall process of the scheduling and having someone actually come to install was ridiculous. i scheduled 5 wks out and they changed the day of without telling me!

Extra tubing was pricey I thought for a piece of xtra tube.

“Professional installers” came days after the scheduled appointment and where not able to install the appliance.

Not happy. They didn’t level it or secure it. Someone else has to come out and fix it. Found a screw in the tub.

first delivery was a complete mess with the install company. 2nd attempt they were late. 3rd attempt they were 2 hours earlier than scheduled. i have tried working with Pacific to get me and the owner of the install company on the phone but they will not do that.

This never happened! I purchased this in Janaury and still haven’t received it

I had to have thee come back three times. Didn’t resolve the issue and I ended up paying for it personally. BB is terrible to work with and didn’t try to resolve my issue. That will be my last purchase from them. Not worth the hassle and stress.
