The dishwasher is defective waiting for new one. Taking a longtime to replace

Dishwasher is leaking, had a rug in front of dishwasher so wasn’t aware till floor started splinting… had it installed by best buy so now working on who will fix it

The dishwasher was installed unevenly.....The door facing does not close properly.

Incorrect technicians came at 7 (said they couldn’t haul old dishwasher). Actual technicians came much later. Installation was way too expensive. I will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy again.

Horrible.it was installed incorrectly according to the installation company that came to take it out. The dishwasher didn’t last a month. Very disappointing

We’ve tried to have dishwashers installed twice, and you have screwed it up both times - once with a broken rack and once with leaking. I will never buy anything from Best But again.

When I spent $1,500 on a dishwasher I didn't appreciate the installer lecturing to me how much better the other stuff was and how he didn't like the Viking

DISHWASHER STILL NOT WORKING HAD IT 30 DAYS AND STILL UNABLE TO USE. GE CAME OUT SAID IT WAS AN INSTALL ISSUE. INSTALL CAME OUT AND SAID IT IS A GE ISSUE. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t do the job. Left a mess. Said we needed a contractor. My nephew came and put the new dishwasher in and the old out in 10 minutes.

When the BB Resource delivered the Dishwasher, they said they could not install the appliance. That I would have to call out to a specialty BB resource for installation services, so I was not satisfied at all. I called BB and they said that it would be another $150

They did not bring install kit which we bought said it could not be used. did not correct stuff on truck and had to pay extra $45.00 dollars for correct line to plumber. Waited over two weeks to get receipt for part.

didnt install or take out old or take away or bring in new they sucked big time. they are not a best buy firm they are sub contractors and dont know their jobs

The third party delivery and installer was the worse. Refused to haul item away because of one bug an I had to wait three days for another pick up.

1st Appointment - Brought dishwasher forgot connection 2nd Appointment - No Show 3rd Appointment - Finished install and damaged countertop

Installation was not done right way. We can not use it. They are asking extra charge and the did not provide the service that I already paid. It was very unpleasant experience.

This is a COMPLETE lie! You cannot do a dishwasher installation when you never delivered the dish washer! Don't know how to give a zero rating

THE INSTALLERS NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER INSTALLED. WORST COMPANY EVER. SAT IN MY DAUGHTERS KITCHEN FOR 3 WEEKS WAITING, RETURNED AND BOUGHT AT PC RICHARDS WHO MATCHED PRICE AND INSTALLED IN 3 DAYS

They installed it and didn’t check to see if it would open all the way. And it wouldn’t, it hit on the stove handle so I had to move it over 1/4” now it’s fine.

Very disappointed. Installer did not install and we had to pay another company. He gave up before he even evaluated the situation. The dishwasher came with free installation that cost us $287.00 and a week with a dishwasher sitting in the living room.

My time slot was 8 am-12 pm yet the guy arrived at about 545pm! He said I was on the afternoon slot which was not what the geek squad told me on the phone. He was not at all polite and in fact damaged the dishwasher panel edge when he installed it.
