Quick installation. I purchased the dishwasher when it included free installation. The 2 guys that came out were very professional. I am assuming subcontracted from Best Buy. I did have to spend a little to complete the installation because the plug for the Bosch was slightly different than what my old dishwasher had. $50 later and it was working perfectly.

Seamless…guys were great! From start to finish, a professional group! We even had a supervisor from Geek Squad show up to make sure everything went well.

I was wholeheardely impressed by the installation techs that installed my 2 Whirlpool dishwashers! They were very professional, friendly and answered any of my questions I asked. You can't go wrong if you need your appliances installed by BestBuy staff.

Very professional with the install. Clean, neat and fast. They made sure it powered on, was level, worked (ran it) and explained the functions of the door buttons. Awesome job.

Installer let me know he was coming the night before with a time range. He was quite experienced (22 years) and I was impressed with his ability to get it done right.

the dishwasher install was prompt and professionally done. Just make sure they also install the proper water hose from the new dishwasher to the garbage disposal.

Company used by Best Buy to install my dishwasher was exceptional. They encountered a problem caused by design of the original builder and they were able to devise a great work around. They were punctual and professional. They not only cleaned up there mess when they left but they also put everything back under my sink and cleaned a little of my mess too.

Bosch dishwasher works fine, however installers did NOT screw in black metal plate @ bottom of the dishwasher

This was installed quickly and seemlessly. Looks fantastic.

The installation team prepped the new dishwasher outside. The team was very efficient, one pulled out the old washer while the installer got the hoses and fittings ready. They were in and out and cleaned up within 45 minutes. They did an excellent job.

Very pleased with our installer. Called ahead of time to see if he could squeeze our install in before driving to a neighboring town, but even when we couldn't was very polite. Came on time, worked fast, was very courteous, demoed the product, and just did a great job of customer service. Did a much better job than I could have in far less time.

Team did awesome. There was a connection problem in the house and they went far beyond by replacing it.

The install crew did a great job. They had delays due to vehicle issues; but, once onsite, they were efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

The installers were efficient, polite, patient and very thorough . There was no mess when they left. They made sure the dishwasher worked before leaving.

Beautiful machine. Washes well but most of all, extremely quiet. I have to look back at it to be sure I hit the start button!

Guys that came out were quick and efficient. No damage, no leaks, and the old one was hauled away. One slight issue a week after install due to the insulation getting caught in the hinge but nothing to lose sleep over.

good delivery to home, pleasant installers, there was some confusion as to how to install unit, had to remove some base woodwork before installer could perform installation Also, installers boss has some requirement to have GFI which is NOT code required.

The install of my dishwasher was delayed on the day of install by an hour. The installer called a few hours before and informed me of the delay explaining why and apologizing. When they arrived they were efficient, told me exactly what they would be doing and apologized again for being late.

The process to schedule the installation was not great I specifically spoke with a representative to make sure I was getting the correct bracket to stack the washer and dryer only to find out they ordered the wrong ones after being transferred 3 times. I had to drive twice to best buy because they wanted to charge ridiculous amount of shipping fee on top of that. My best advice would be going directly to the store and not scheduling thru the chat is way more time consuming than in person. The actual installation was flawless.
