The service technicians were very efficient and quick with their work. I was nervous about having strangers in my house due to COVID but the Best Buy techs wore face masks and gloves the whole time. They were very friendly and explained everything they were doing and gave a good instructional on how to use the dishwasher.

At first, I was really hesitant in having Best Buy install the dishwasher, but I'm glad they did. The installer was timely and professional. I was very pleased with the service. No leakage, and he made sure the dishwasher was level and the drain hose was placed high to ensure no backflow.

The two technicians who installed our dishwaser, Jaime and Alexander, were great. They called the ight before to narrow the time window for arrive and arrived within the window. They quickly and efficienly removed the old dishwashwer and installed my new one! Thank you!!!

So happy we purchased the Installation Service for our new dishwasher. The installation was fast and easy. Our installer was efficient and knowledgeable. Not only was he prompt and did a great job with the install, he took the time to explain how to efficiently use the dishwasher. He answered all our questions. When he was finished, he took our old dishwasher away for recycling. We could not be more pleased with this purchase.

The install was on time and efficiently, and well done. The installer gave me a brief run down on how to operate the machine, which I appreciated. The installers were polite and professional.

The geek team came out on time and completed work timely checking all connection and water flow to insure no leaks. Professional job well done.

Kind courteous installers, they were very neat and clean in their work and pointed out a potential problem under my sink while they were here. There was no pressure at all to fix this problem but I did pay extra to get it done on the spot. The $was worth it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because after they left, I noticed 2 long screws coming through the other side of the island cabinetry where the dishwasher had been installed. Had to cut off and paint over cut ends.

This is a dishwasher without all the bells and whistles that delivers quiet, effective outcomes.

Great value. I think it is really quiet compared to some of the reviews I read. I figured for what I wanted to spend if I had to, I'd just turn up the television if I needed to

The installer did exactly what Best Buy said he would do. He called within the time frame and he came during the time frame he said he would. He was very knowledgable about our new dishwasher and professional as he installed. He was friendly and before we knew it we had our new dishwasher installed and running quietly. He cleaned up the area around where the dishwasher was located after completing the installation.

Fast, efficient installation due to professional knowledge of the team. Husband thought he would do it himself as a salesman at another store said it was easy. Save time and potential trouble by having the Best Buy Installers do it! We needed a GFI electric unit installed to bring up to code (extra $220). They were licensed electricians, brought all the materials, and had it done in no time.

The installers did a great job and will definitely use their services again in the future.

the installers was very polite and they were very knowledgeable and the whole process took less than a hour from when they knocked on the door and left with the old one they both came into my house wearing mask and gloves they took away all the boxes and left the house clean i would buy other appliances from there

Installer let me know he was coming the night before with a time range. He was quite experienced (22 years) and I was impressed with his ability to get it done right.

After 2 other dishwashers...1st was installed wrong. 2nd didn't work...I got the best installer ever. He knew what he was doing and was not too quick (like the other 2 that were in and out without any explanation)

We are so happy with our new appliances and the service techs that set it up. It was done all in one day, one crew brought the fridge and dishwasher and installed the fridge. Then the next crew came and installed the dishwasher A DAY EARLY! Glad we bought the tech support agreement as well. All went smoothly!

Installers Fernando and Aaron (sic?) could not install initially because of floor tile that did not allow them to remove old dishwasher. They returned once the tiles were removed by my contractor, and efficiently installed the new machine. We are not there and haven't used it yet.

The team who installed my Dishwasher were very professional and friendly. They took the time to show me all of the features on the dishwasher and cleaned up the site when they were finished.

The purchase of our new Kitchenaid Dishwasher from Best Buy included free delivery and installation. Best Buy contracts the installation service out to a local provider. We were called the evening before the date of the scheduled installation and given a three hour window. The installer showed up within the first half hour and had the new machine installed and tested a half hour after arrival. Very professional job.
