Did not show or call to reschedule. When called they said they would be out in two weeks. Did the job myself. Appliances can’t sit in a new house idly in the kitchen.

Was not installed because they dont go in crawl spaces.....was told they cant get their uniforms dirty...i will NEVER USE BEST BUY AGAIN

The hot water was leaking under the sink after installation. I waited for 5 days for a plumber to come and fix the leak. Was not a good experience overall. The second crew seems to be professional and fixed and explained everything to me

Best buy is really falling apart to items canceled for no reason, delivering damaged goods, no communication, and website has so many glitches

Your guys did not install said our plumbing wasn't right! So we had to pay someone $100 to have it installed for us. Great member service?

Awful third party service. Canceled 3 times without notice and came with a dent the had to be rescheduled to be installed

BestBuy installer completed installation with dishwasher sticking out, then told me a pipe was in the way. Paid a plumber to remove pipe and reinstall. Plumber found unsafe, exposed wiring by BestBuy installer.

Our installation has been cancelled 5 times. This is ridiculous. Still waitlng.

I ordered a dishwasher an installation with total tech over 3 weeks ago. My appointment is today, No show and no call and can't get anyone on the phone.

Since you delivered my dishwasher 2 weeks later than promised. Your customer service representative said they would send me a 75.00 dollar certificate. i never received this certificate.

My house was built in 1962. The space available for the dishwasher was limited this requiring the power be relocated. The installers refused to wait the 15 minutes it took me to do the relocation. In less than an hour I completed the install.

They came without the waterline and could not hook it up. So I ran to the store, bought the line, got a refund, and did it myself.

The installers could not go into the crawl space, they said. So they did not install, my husband did, and did an awesome job.

Terrible contractor that had to make multiple visits and very unprofessional

Having issues with my dishwasher already. Ever since they installed the dishwasher, it is making a popping noise when you close the dishwasher.

Contractor is coming to do an estimate on water damage to my floor and Best Buy / Third party installer are paying for it... nightmare experience. 2 installation attempts, 1 service call leaks everywhere do not trust best buy with this.

This Service was not completed. Rescheduled for December 17, 2020. And it was not completed on the 17th either. No service man showed up either days. Rescheduled for December 31, 2020

Dishwasher leaked and destroyed basement after installation. Could not tell it was leaking in kitchen so it was couple of days to discover the mess.

3rd party, smelled terrible, did not install it correctly. Had to get someone else out to re-install.

The install had to be redone was not level or square. This is not Best Buy but delivery company how don’t no what they are doing. So when you pay for install it’s not Best Buy beware.
