Covid fail

Horrible service

Hoses were not correctly connected. They didn't realize the problem until the service people were gone. My son-in-law had to do the installation himself

They missed two scheduled appointments and didn't bother to call either time. They also didn't bother to test the products after install or demonstrate how the product works.

Horrible experience with third party installers

Instead they say the consumer has no "right to select the window..the computer does all the routing". I guess it's ok for a Stepford wife.

Water leaks

When I found the issue, the area was already wet and soaked. Reinstallation is scheduled.

Don't waste your money

I went with the most expensive model because the sales person said it would have all the extras and premium quality... NOPE doesn't dry dishes all the way door sticks NOT HAPPY should have stayed with the cheaper one

Called him after he left 15 mins earlier and says to call a plumber. Amazing!
