I wont recommend it ever. The installation was not done

The dishwasher has become loose overtime and there is not an easy to fix it without taking everything apart and reinstall it again.

Didn’t show up in time window. No call and now install is pushed another two weeks. Worst service I have ever experienced

they are so awful. to strat with, the wrong equipment was provided and there was an excesssive long wait time for them

It took 2 appointment times before the dishwasher was installed over confusion concerning removing the old dishwasher.

I had to install my dishwasher myself as the 3rd party vendor was late on the delivery and incompetent to do the installation. Best Buy has to do better for its customers. They limit what can be done by the install crews.

Dishwasher is not straight or flush in the space. Installers ignored my concerns. They spoke foreign language. One struggled with english. The other worker’s english was fine. Shoddy work.

NO Show three times. First two times no call web site say all good. Find another place to purchase appliances.

Didn’t even get the appliance hooked up. Or the pieces to hook up ourself. Now there “no one to deliver” to my ares

Was not told that there would be substantially more charges than what I paid for dishwasher. Had to take two days off of work and not happy with little amount customer care provided me with for my extreme inconvenience

The worst experience with ever had in our entire existence with an install. Abysmal. Surreal. Despicable.

I ran into an issue where hose installation was kinked and I couldn’t run water in the machine. I had to fight and argue to get someone back out to fix that before my out of town company got here for the weekend.

Bought installation kit and had our plumber install it because no install provider was available in our area! Very disappointed! No-one told us that when we purchased it.

Did not place it far enough into the aperture to allow adjacent drawers to open. Did not install plastic strip under counter top.

Delivery/install has been repeatedly rescheduled by Best Buy. Purchased 1/11/21, hopeful for latest rescheduled delivery on 2/12 (tomorrow) but BB has not yet confirmed.

Never came out never called. Delivery crew tried to install but said they can’t do the electrical.

A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS BEST BUY WAS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT.

Dishwasher seemed to be installed incorrectly. Started leaking after two months. Geek squad has been very unhelpful.

The person that "installed" my washing machine set it up with the back legs too high making it tilt and the drawers to not sit properly. He also put in one screw to secure it. One. I don't even know how or why he did this.

My installation was a total disaster. It took 3 trips and over a month to install the dishwasher. I will ask for my money back.
