Dishwasher install was great. The service technician was on-time, polite, and skilled in the installation. Everything went very well!

The installation was quick and efficient. They were finished before I expected them to be, and it works great! I love my new dishwasher. It's so quiet, I have to listen carefully to determine it's even on. The three racks are great, and the dishes are sparkling clean.

There were two men from Best Buy Geek Squad that came to install my dishwasher. They seemed to be having a lot of trouble, but didn't really communicate with me about it. It took a very long time for them to install it. They did a test run, but evidently didn't watch it close enough. The problem was, that a couple of weeks after they left, I noticed the drain hose connection was leaking under my kitchen sink. A different Geek Squad person came out and diagnosed the problem as a split in the drain hose. A new hose was ordered and he returned to install it. He had to pull out the entire dishwasher and re-install it. But this time it is working perfectly. The second Geek Squad person was very good and was a good communicator.

I have purchased appliances from BB before in Virginia and installation was almost done by Geek Squad staff. Not so here. Installers were from an independent company, contracted out to BB I presume. Installation and old unit removal were done efficiently. Clean up was ok, not spectacular. There was no demonstration of the dishwasher functions, just a quick operation to ensure no leaks. Not an issue for me since I am familiar with the model installed but could be an issue for others. Bottom line, this was an ok installation, but I rated it down a bit because: Not a Geek Squad installation. Just my area (central Florida)? No demonstration of product

So far the dishwasher is great! Works quietly. Cleans very well. Easy to operate.

I was a little concerned with getting my new dishwasher installed because quite honestly it was just too reasonable and easy. The gentlemen was on time, polite and did a fantastic job. He wore his mask and completed the job in minimal time. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend the installation services from Best Buy.

J&W Installations team did a great job; promptly, courteously and professionally. Thanks, Nate! Great recovery from disastrous install by first BB subcontractor. If only they had been scheduled for the first (totally unsatisfactory) installation that was a complete disaster.

the install was perfect on our new LG 24" dishwasher the installer showed up on time, was very professional and answered our questions and cleaned up and checked for leaks

The installer was excellent. He did a great job installing and even pointed out my water pipes under my sink was corroded and that I should have it looked at. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and did a very professional install.

I really like the Bosch dishwasher as we installed it in our kitchen which is where we watch TV and we can finally have it running and watch TV. The dishes are clean, the cycle is a little longer than expected. The usage of rinse agent is higher than we thought though.

The team, lead, apprentice (son), and fabricator were outstanding. Very concerned about the house and cleaned up all residual detritus, (boxes, spare parts, etc.). They also allowed me access after removal of old oven and dishwasher to vacuum and mop before installing the new items.

I had a new Bosch dishwasher installed and the installers did a good job of making sure my hard wood floors and counter tops were not impacted. My only complaint is that when they installed the drain line which goes through a cabinet with a lazy susan is that they did not make sure the hose was secured in the back of the cabinet. Now when we move the lazy susan we can hear the shelf hitting the hose. Hopefully its not doing anything to the hose. I would have complained at the time but it wasnt until the next day when we noticed the issue.

The two men who came to remove my old dishwasher and connect the new Bosch dishwasher were wonderful. They did an excellent job, and I have NOT had any problems (leaks, etc.). Due to scheduling issues, the old dishwasher could not be picked up for a day or so. My installers were very happy to put the old one where I wanted until it could be taken away by another crew. Great job!

Had 2 installers come to my home and they both worked professional together. Had my new dishwasher installed in record time. Would most definitely recommend these 2 installers for any appliances you need installed in your home.

Arrived on time, removed old unit and installed new one very quickly. Worked carefully not to damage anything, cleaned up completely. Polite, personable, explained new product and answered questions. We were ver happy with the installation.

We had tried to uninstall our old dishwasher and install the new one ourselves, only to find that we couldn't get the old one out because it had been installed behind a ledge of tile! ARGH! The professional dishwasher guys took all of 30 seconds to get it out, making us feel a little stoopid. But they did a great job, and it was well worth the $ to have them install the new one and haul away the old machine to be recycled.
