Sketcky People Doing The Install,Watched them like a Hawk.Would never let them do another install.

Third party was unable to install so I was forced to hire a plumber and an electrician outside of Best Buy and cost me a bundle of money!!!

The installer didn’t want to install, sometimes you get helpful installer sometimes you don’t!

Installers were nice young guys but didn’t install the dishwasher correctly. Had to hire a handyman to adjust the dishwasher. When your installing volume mistakes are likely. Too rushed!

Horrible. The installers didn’t know anything. I had to hire an outside company to complete the job.

refused to install. i had to do so myself and had to uninstall old machine for them to take away. horrendous

Dishwasher installed incorrectly necessitating a visit from the Geek Squad to fix the situation after being without got one week.

The installers were not able to install the dishwasher I had to hire a separate plumber to install it.

Installers were late. The first team who came to install were truly rude and unprofessional.

Your installers never showed, nor called to say they couldn't be there.

Do it yourself. It's a real hassle to book this thru Best Buy, as they use another service and communication truly stinks! We ended up sending the guy on his way and taking care of it ourselves.

Terrible installation. Had to come back snd fix. Dishwasher leaked because it was not mounted securely. Actually not secured at all

The install resulted in a leak in my basement that I had to pay a plumber to correct since they can’t come back until September.

Still is not installed! I have been paying for it as it sits in the box!

Dishwasher is askew, not happy with no response from customer service yet.

I cannot do a review because it hasn't happened yet. The first unit was damaged and had to be reordered. I got no follow-up call to let me know when the new unit was going to be installed

Multiple cancellations, no call no shows, impossible to get a hold of either through phone or email. Ultimately couldn't/wouldn't finish the install as promised. Terribly disappointing.

THE DISHWASHER IS DRAINING! I LIVE OUTSIDE FLORIDA, I JUST GOT BACK, AND IT NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY.

Our granite countertops were cracked from the installers using a pry bar to force the dishwasher to move. We will be contacting you!

During installation, feed to water purifier was shut off and not restarted. Water collects under the filter and smells as a result of incorrect installation that Best Buy refused to fix.
