Service was incredible. Installer even found an issue from last product, fixed it, and ensured new item was working smoothly.

There was some confusion as to who was delivering the dishwasher, but once that was worked out, the installation went quickly. They removed the old one and installed the new one quickly and without making any mess.However, there needs to be better communication between Best Buy, the customer, and the installer as to who is delivering the new dishwasher.

The installation was quick and done with expertise. This included explaning the use of the item and checking to make sure it worked properly.

It's impressive how much stuff you can cram into this dishwasher, largely due to the deepest 3rd rack we saw in our search. Dishes come out clean. Plastics come out dry-ish. I still wonder if the (more expensive) Bosch definitely system would do better. All in all a great dishwasher.

My water connection was not originally done correctly, so the delivery team left my old dishwasher hooked up and my new dishwasher in a box in my kitchen. My brother helped me install my dishwasher...it said on the booklet it should sake 1-2 hrs to install (took us almost 5 hrs because I had to run back to town to get a connector). But, it is done and it works, and I only had to "pay" my brother some vegetables from my garden and was reimbursed the installation and haul away charge from Best Buy.

The Geek who installed my new microwave also installed my new dishwasher. He worked hard to make it level under my not-level countertop. Great job. I would recommend him unreservedly.

Very quite and efficient dishwasher and a lot of functions.

I love my Refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. My stove bakes all my dinners and desserts so well. My refrigerator is so roomy and the water dispenser is very convenient. My dishwasher is very quiet and washes dishes very good. Love my microwave too. I would definitely recommend all my appliances to all my friends and family.

Two guys came to deliver and install my dishwasher. One guy was the muscle and the other was the brains. It was clear who was who. Luckily the brains did the actual install. It was quick and done well.

They installed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. They were impressed that I already had an air gap on the drainage hose. That cut back install time. They also informed me that most jurisdictions require air gaps now days and said never get rid of it. One big note is that you should be aware some municipalities require a permit to install a new dishwasher.

Installation went without a hitch. They even added a receptacle to plug into. They removed the existing one that was originally hard wired to the electrical system. Cleaned up after they were done. Good overall job.

Installers called when they were en route. They introduced themselves. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They were careful with the install & removal and cleaned up everything. They were also friendly and happy!

Very quiet and roomy. Cleans great and it holds a ton of dishes.

All parts and instructions were easy to follow. All was packaged with care too. Runs quiet and no spots! When done.

The man came and installed the dishwasher. He even had extra hosing. He was courteous and extremely professional. I've had 2 installs with Lowe's (total disaster) and installs by Home Depot. They were fair, not particularly good. The last one said he didn't have a long enough hose (the hose was 8') and the distance was 5'. He probably had another install and didn't want to work that hard!? That was the last time I attempted to buy an appliance from Home Depot. I canceled the sale and went with Best Buy. The best decision I've ever made! I will always go back to Best Buy.

The installers came and made it so. For once, the installers came in removed the old, installed the new and did it all in 1hr 45min, and never came to me with problems or questions. Gotta love it.

The gentleman that came outbwas very polite and respectful and did the swap out of the dishwasher with ease and installed the new one quick and efficient. Cleaned up his mess areound him. Im very happybwoth my product thus far.
