Our installer was on time, was very friendly and provided lots of additional information on usage and maintenance. He explained what could have happened to our old dishwasher (we were curious), removed it quickly and installed the new washer without a problem. He made sure the dishwasher fitted correctly in the spot and made sure the dishwasher attached correctly (the location of our dishwasher is a little further from the drain as expected. After installation he provided lots of additional details on best way to use our new dishwasher, and best way to maintain our shiny new machine. Great Service!

I couldn't have asked for a smoother delivery and set up. They arrived when they said they would, removed my old disher, installed the new one, and they were gone. Absolutely worth every penny.

I was very hesitant of the installation service after reading the online reviews, but now - I'm glad I took the service. I ordered the installation service along with my purchase of the Samsung 24' Dishwasher. Being the Memorial day weekend sale - the installation with my dishwasher was only $20. I ordered everything online. The order status on the service stated "Ready to Download" which I was not sure of. This was the most confusing part - and after reading all the reviews - I decided to call BestBuy to confirm my installation service. I'm glad I called them. The BestBuy personnel helped me setup an installation service date. The installers called me a day before my appointment and gave me a timeframe between 3:00 to 7:00 pm. On the day of installation - then called me around 2:45 pm to confirm that they would be there in 15-20 minutes. They were at my place around 3:15 pm - took the old dishwasher out and put the new one in. All in about 30 to 45 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that they took the items out from my cabinet below the sink to do the plumbing but didn't put the stuff back. Other than that - they were quick, courteous and cleaned up the area after the service. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get the dishwasher installed. Make sure you call to get the appointment confirmed, and make sure you have the "Dishwasher Installation Kit" ready when these guys come.

I had to call for a redo, the first guy wrapped the sprayer hose around a connection so it couldn't extend. Also installed it crooked. 2nd guy foxed it all in under a half hour.

Good machine. It's quiet. Installers were great. They knew what they were doing and gave us good advice.

Fiasco with scheduling before & after the installation. The installer was great. Very professional and empathetic to our nightmare with scheduling. WHO IN THE WORLD would want four different times for their delivery, installation and haul away? And Best Buy is STILL contacting us to have the old dishwasher hauled away!! ** would highly recommend the installer/technician but I would never recommend someone buy an appliance that needs installed from Best Buy!!!

Love my new Dishwasher. The installers were professional and did an excellent job setting it up. They arrived on time and installed in less than 45 minutes.

Installation was great. The installer was professionally and timely. It's great that the new install kit comes as part of the Installation. It's extra but at least you know the product was installed properly by a professional instead of your cousin Joe!

The installer made sure that the dishwasher was leveled and installed properly. They cleaned up the spills and ensured that there was no mess left behind on the floor. We did have a minor hiccup on the menu option as the default language was in French, so that took a little bit more time. But then figured it out from the online dishwasher manual. Overall was a nice job done.

Install was quick and painless. We are going on a couple months with the new dishwasher and are pleased with the install.

Two guys helped me replace my old dishwasher with the new Samsung dishwasher, and they only took 30 minutes, which is pretty quick! They cleaned up the entire area as well. Doesn't require that much talking, just show them where you want to install your new dishwasher, and they will do the business while you watch tv haha!

Great install. Fast, professional and friendly. He took out the old dishwasher in about 15 minutes, brought in the new one and had it all complete in less than an hour. He took time to explain how it worked to my wife and I. He gave us some tips on how to get the best results and longer life from the dishwasher.

Replacing an old dishwasher and installing a new one is not an easy task, but the technician who came to my home was very skilled and handled it perfectly. He was clearly very experienced and capable. Once the installation was complete, he didn't just leave; he ran a full test to make sure everything was working correctly and there were no leaks. I really appreciate the hard work and attention to detail!

This is a review of the *installation* of our new KitchenAid dishwasher: This was the second team from the installation company “At-Your-Service”, a firm in the Baltimore/Harford counties area, the first team having earlier installed new ovens and a gas cooktop. We found both teams to be extremely professional, and precise in their installations. We saw the actions they took to ensure that the appliances were straight, level, plumbed correctly, and they tested each appliance before leaving. We are very happy with the installation/s!

Quick and simple installation. The young man that took out and placed the old and new units really knew his trade. He cleaned up and said his goodbyes after testing and demonstrating the unit!
