The guys did an awesomae job installing our dishwasher.

The service provider did a good job, however, trying to arrange an appointment was complicated and he arrived super late to our house!

Despite what you may have read in the negative reviews, things appear to have gotten better as of late 2014 when we had a Frigidaire dishwasher delivered and installed. A two-man team came consisting of a lead man and a man assisting. The lead guy was knowledgeable and friendly. They got the dishwasher installed quickly and even took care of a leveling issue we didn't realize from the old model that they were taking away. I also noticed that the lead guy had hire-fire authority over the assistant guy and that assistant was being watched very carefully; they take skill and ability seriously; this particular installation service was spot on. They were at the house less than an hour. The unit has been working perfectly for 3 days now - no drips, no issues, very clean and amazingly quiet.

The installers worked hard and very cleanly to fit my new dishwasher into the existing space. It was a bit tough, but they did it, and did it well. As expected, they checked all the connections and tested the appliance. I have had no problems and no complaints. Those guys were good!

The men who delivered and set up dishwasher were incredibly concerned with good service. They were very good at their jobs. Very friendly, kind and efficient.

The men who delivered and installed our new Bosh dishwasher were great! They called the day of the delivery to give us a two hour window of when they would arrive. They showed up on time and carefully unloaded the dishwasher. Upon inspection, it was discovered we needed an additional part to hook the dishwasher up to our plumbing (we live in a mobile home and it had been rigged up with plumbing lines meant for a toilet). Instead of telling us they could not complete the installation, the men drove to the nearest hardware store to purchase the part at no additional cost to us! Talk about going the extra mile!! Upon returning, they quickly had the dishwasher installed and checked to make sure everything was working and that there were no leaks. They thoroughly explained all of the features of our new dishwasher and made sure to clean up all of the packaging before they left. I would definitely recommend Best Buy's installation services!

The gentleman that installed our dishwasher was prompt and was in contact with us every step of the way. The install did not take long and he guided us thru the instructions on how to use it.

Very fast installation and everything is working as it should. Company followed up the next day to ensure everything was working. Simple and fast process with no issues.

The guys that did the dishwasher install were very detailed in their work. They had all the right tools and knew exactly how to do the installation without a second thought. I liked their work so much that I gave them a tip so they could get themselves lunch. Highly recommend!!

Eh ok. Guys came in and ate all the food in my fridge. But were super nice and took me out to a bday party. We are now best friends and all live together.

Once the installers arrived, they were quick to remove our old broken dishwasher. They cleaned the floor where the machine had been. They protected our wood floor and wore masks. They installed the new machine and checked that it was perfectly level and straight and ran it through a short cycle to be sure it worked and there were no water leaks. They cleaned up completely before they left. They were super efficient, friendly and professional in every way.

The installation crews paid attention in installing the dishwasher precisely this time and corrected the mistakes made by the first installation crews.

Guys were in and out in 30 minutes. Did a great job!

Was just great to have my new dishwasher installed. The workers were friendly, fast working and did a great job.

They finished the work fast. I was surprised that they did such great work. Everything is working great and no leaks at all. Much appreciated.

The entire process was a disaster but the end result was great. The installation technicians were extremely knowledgeable and more helpful than the entire two weeks worth of employees I was bounced around to in trying to figure out when and how to get this appliance installed. The technicians went above and beyond for us. They had great personalities and dynamite senses of humor!

The installers were professional, quick, and no complaints. Would’ve liked a little more heads up on arrival time, but all good!

The guys wanted to replace or change everything relating to the install. It cost me an extra $440. What am I gonna do? Tell them no and they don't finish the installation?
