Appreciated the help of my service person in the installation. I did not have to wait long once the problem was diagnosed. Loving my new dishwasher!

He showed up, quickly set up and installed. I have been using it for the last month no issues. He cleaned up as he left.

Installer was on time, called day before and worked fast. My only complaint was that when they removed the old washer, they didn't ask if I wanted to clean all the debris build up behind it before they screwed in the new one.

The new dishwasher (and the installation) were and are fine, even though the under-sink connections had to be replaced in order to fit and the plumbing charge (Best Buy) seemed high. My only complaint so far about the LG dishwasher is that the lower rack is very easy to get the wheels off the track and if it's loaded almost impossible to get back on track without unloading the washer. This seems to be a manufacturing defect--unlike the upper rack, the lower rack wheels have nothing like guide-railed tracks to keep them straight, which means they slip off the flat surface easily.

After I purchased my new Whirlpool dishwasher, I opted for the installation service provided by Best Buy. The tech assigned to my install was very courteous and knowledgable. He called the day before the installation date, and again that morning to inform me of his estimated arrival time, which was approx 30-45 minutes in advance. He arrived on time, immediately started working and had the old dishwasher out and the new one in place and working within 10 minutes. He spent a few minutes going over all of the options in detail, which was very helpful and a little surprising. Once I read through the manual later, it was clear the tech had done his homework on the brand, or maybe it was through his years as a tech he picked up on all of the details, but either way I was impressed. Overall, he did a great job and I would highly recommend him!!!

Dishwasher installers were polite and professional. They also fixed some issues with how the previous installers had put in my old dishwasher, so my new dishwasher fits in the space as it is supposed to (the old one stuck out an inch) and drains properly. Definitely recommend!

They went the extra mile. The drain hose on the existing dishwasher was too low. They actually had to drill a hole and re-run the drain hose. All the work they did installing the dishwasher was top notch.

I was hesitant to purchase this after reading the bad reviews online. Went to the store to look at the dishwasher, and decided to just buy from salesperson there. They told me the install was on sale for $30, so I decided it was a no brainer to have them do it. $160 regular price is a lot of money, but if I had to pay full price for the service I received, I would do it again. I picked the day of install at the store, and the install contractor called the day before to confirm the window. On the day of install, they called me 45 minutes prior to arrival so I could ensure I would be home. When they arrived, they were very courteous, pulled out the old machine and installed the new one in 30 minutes. They even had to do a little custom work to get it to fit correctly. They were very courteous and professional. All in all, well worth the hours that I would have spent removing and disposing of the old, reading install instructions and double checking everything, then performing the install on my own. I do suggest that you sign up for the install in the store, or by phone when you buy the machine, as it sounds like people have issues when ordering this online.

These two gentlemen were by far the most professional installers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were fast, polite, covid receptive, and there was nothing for me to clean up after. They took the time to instruct me of each aspect of the dishwasher and were patient with me when I asked questions. Bravo....
