Customers love the Dishwasher Install's overall performance, installation speed, and minimal noise level. Many customers mentioned leak prevention, capacity, and fit as additional benefits. However, some customers have reported issues with alignment and drainage. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

The installer was very experienced, part of a long standing appliance store until recently He did a neat, clean job, didn't leave a speck of dirt. The installation was a little tricky because of the way the floor and the previous washer were installed, but he was able to get it done.

I purchased all new appliances during Labor Day weekend. The fridge was installed and no problems, the microwave was installed and no problem as the same with the range. The installers for the dishwasher came around the same time and said they could not install the dishwasher at that time because they didn't have the right hookup (water-hose) I said come back next Saturday because I would be available. They never told Best Buy about the date, so when Saturday came and went I called Best Buy to see why they have not returned to my house to install my dishwasher. Best Buy was understanding (great job)and created a new install date for 9/24/2016. The installers came and said I owe them 125.00 to install the dishwasher and said they will not install it because they were not Best Buy but their own company. I told him, I paid for Best Buy to come and Install my dishwasher, they sent you so it is your job to install the dishwasher. The installer said he was not going to do it unless I paid him 125.00. Then he made a call to his company and they told him to install it. They left pieces of cords, hoses, and wires in my kitchen. They left the box in garage, didn't hand me the manual left that in the box along with trash etc.. Very rude and to top it off they didn't say anything about they were done or thank you for your business, nothing, they said can you sign this and just left. If I wasn't standing in the kitchen I would not even know how it worked, I am glad the buttons are pretty easy to understand. I could write a novel on my experience but this might be to long.

Dishwasher was installed in a timely manner and works perfectly. Installer cleaned the area before he left. Very satisfied and will recommend to others.

Don't let them waste your time. I waited several weeks for this appointment. I bought the dishwasher, kit, and install together. Well, they showed up on time to install the dishwasher, then asked me "where is it"?
They had the kit and the tools, but, no dishwasher. Now that's funny.
So I asked, "don't you have the dishwasher with you?" They responded, "No, it wasn't delivered?"
Hilarious. They said they were going out to call BestBuy since they are independent of BestBuy, 10 minutes later, they just drove away.
As I'm calling BestBuy, BestBuy called me, and apologized for the confusion. After some time on the phone, it was re-scheduled and they said that they will deliver the dishwasher "and" install it. Wait, it gets better.
So, they came on a Saturday this way I wouldn't have to take off
another day from work.
They came in with the dishwasher, the kit, and the tools.
Well, don't ya' know, one of them started taking pictures of my drain pipe. It's brass and they claimed there was rust on it, indicating a leak, and if they install the drain tube (basically just push it on to the stem sticking out from the drain), they would get in trouble if there was a leak. They suggested that I first call a plumber to replace a 1 foot length of brass drainpipe, yep.
So, my patience is astounding and I said, "just set everything up and I'll push the rubber end on". They thought about it, about to agree, then gave me another reason not to install it.
They added, "besides, you have a copper line for the water and we don't use that anymore, so we can't be responsible for taking off the copper line".
But wait, there's more.
"...and, the kit only comes with a drain line 6 ft. long, you need one that is 8 feet long, it wouldn't reach anyway."
My wife is wondering what all this conversation is about and I said, "we have a dishwasher, but they're not going to install it, for various reasons, so we have a new piece of furniture in the living room."
I gave them a $20 tip for the delivery and off they went. On a side note, one of the guys said he knows someone that can install it and he would come the next day. Yep, that never happened.
So, it's Sunday. Now I'm a plumber.
I went to Home Depot, bought a two foot line with a coupler to extend the hose. The copper pipe just twisted off, and the drain hose, well, I just pushed it on. I did the electrical since it was hard wired, slid the dishwasher into place with my wife, rolled the old one to the curb.
Dishwasher works great, the electrical connection is the best, the water line is not leaking, and the drain line is not leaking.
I received a refund of $172.00 for the non-installation, and I spent $17.00 on a few parts.
Total savings, $155.00
Satisfaction of doing it myself..."priceless".
Going forward, I cannot possibly imagine buying an appliance from BestBuy that needs installation. If I do, then I really am dopier than I thought.

I may in biased because I used the installation at a time it was offered for FREE, but it was well worth it. The service reps for our installation knew what they were doing, we kind and communicated well. I did not like the 8 hour window that the night before was 'narrowed down' to a 4 hour window, especially since the time window was 10am-2pm (middle of the day makes it difficult to be there to accept), but we had flexibility to have some one present that day so it was no big deal. I would recommend this service, especially if offered for FREE. :-)
