I wish I never paid for this installation, I could have done better myself since I was the one who had to figure out how to get the old dishwasher out after the installation crew just gave up. It was 3 simple screws holding an obvious bracket at the top, and it just popped right out. I then I had to chase them down outside in there truck to tell them I got it out, after this they all seemed visibly annoyed. They should have actually tried to take out my old dishwasher. The new one get installed then I’m told the door doesn’t shut correctly because of that’s how it is, as soon as they leave I move the dishwasher barely to the left and the door closes perfectly fine, like butter. Then when they are done they left the old bracket, when I paid for disposal of everything. I should have just saved the money and done it myself.

The guy's we're efficient and quick, no mess every thing explained. Made sure I knew how to use the new dishwasher.

I was not told how to use the dishwasher. I did not know how to put soap in the dishwasher or how to place dishes in the dishwasher. At 85 I could not see the arrows until our daughter came and told me how the soap container worked.

Would have given it zero stars if that had been an option. The two gentlemen who delivered my dishwasher appeared to have no intention of actually installing it. They looked under the sink, and said they couldn’t do the install. We would have to get a plumber, and then they would come back??? If I’m going to pay for a plumber, I’m going to have the plumber install it. As a matter of fact, including the tip I gave the licensed plumber, the plumber cost less than the $179. Best Buy was charging. In Best Buy’s defense, they did refund the $179 immediately upon my phone call to customer service.

Three technicians here for the installation. Large truck was backed into my driveway, tearing off some small branches from an adjacent Douglas fir. Dishwasher installed, I assume correctly, but no demonstration of how to use it was given. Cold water valve had been turned off, and was not turned on again before they left. I was not given the packet of instructions until I asked for it, and later found that the detailed use and care booklet was missing. Fortunately, I was able to figure out how to operate the dishwasher using the "quick start" pamphlet. My overall impression is that these technicians weren't really sure about what they were doing.

We purchased brand new LG appliances from Best Buy and chose Best Buy installation service. The installers were very nice and did a wonderful job removing our old dishwasher and installing the new LG Steamwasher. We just had a new floor installed that did not extend to under the old dishwasher because it would not have allowed for the dishwasher to be reinstalled. The installers took this into consideration and were able to remove the old dishwasher and put in the new dishwasher despite the difficulty the different level of flooring caused. They did a great job.
