Our Bosch dishwasher was installed by a Geek Squad technician. He was great! Very careful, conscientious , friendly and knowledgeable. The install was a little challenging but he made sure not to rush and do a thorough job. My advice. Be sure to ask for a Geek Squad installation when you purchase.

The installation for my KitchenAid dishwasher could not have been any more smooth. They called a couple nights before the installation was to take place to remind me. They called the morning of the installation (because I was having an afternoon install) to remind me. Then they called me about a half hour before they were to arrive. They arrived about 5 minutes early. The young man (David) was super polite, super quick and still very thorogh. He happened to be Vietnamese as is my wife also Vietnamese. He exlpained everything about the functions of the dishwasher to me in English and then translated everything to my wife in Vietnamese which I was very grateful for him to do. This was the quickest and best installation I've ever had. I don't think you can go wrong with the Geek Squad. I had a 65" LG big screen installed about 3 months ago and had the same experience on that install. Keep up the god work Geek Squad.Super

I planned for my dishwasher to be installed around time that Hurricane Harvey hit and they rescheduled The reschedule day was packed and he did not get there until after 7 I know he was tired but he had a good attitude and took care of it all He did call and keep me informed and offered to reschedule if it was too late Did an excellent job

First Bosch dishwasher had a flaw. Best Buy replace machine quickly. happy with both installaions.

Installation was fantastic. The two guys were very courteous and friendly and explained everything very well. Showed up on time and got the job done perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the installation.

The crew was great, we three guys in the crew. They had the old dishwasher out and installed the new one in about 20 minutes. Everything was installed properly and cleaned up.

This dishwasher is great. It is quiet and the dishes become very clean. We did have an issue with the Best Buy install where there was a slow leak that wasn't detected until after the installation was out of warranty.

They came in and did the job to perfection. we always use the install or delivery from Best Buy

We’ve had the dishwasher for quite a while now! It has done a wonderful job. It is quite enough that you have to listen carefully to hear it. It cleans the dishes well and anytime it needs a little help with the sparkle I just add a little vinegar at the start of the cycle. I would definitely recommend this product!

The three guys who came to install our appliances were very pleasant and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed everything with the minimum of fuss, and very quickly. We really appreciated what they did for us. I hope Best Buy appreciate the work these guys do. We certainly did.

The installer was cheerful and efficient even though he was working alone due to an unexpected absence of his assistant.

Will and Brandon were great. They called to let me know they were coming. They were very polite and did a thorough job. When the first unit didn't work when I tried to wash the first load, they came back the next day to look at it. They also installed the second unit doing another great job.

They were great. So professional. Really knew what they were doing. The install was fast, perfect and they left the place immaculate.

Installer had my old dishwasher out and the new one installed in no time

Two big burly manly men showed up to do the install. They removed my old dishwasher, and installed the new one. Probably an hour from start to finish. Both men were pleasant, courteous and professional. No hiccups and install was done quickly. I was worried my house would have a complication. It did not. It was a good install experience.

Guys did a fine job installing dishwasher in a remodel of an older house that didn't have super-level floors. They worked at it and got the best installation possible with the floor's limitations.

Best Buy provided an excellent installer who was very nice and professional and did an excellent job of uninstalling our old dishwasher (including removing the house electrical line that was hardwired into the appliance) and getting it out of the kitchen and taking it away. He installed the new one, gave us some usage tips which called up the benefits of the new machine over our old one, and tested it before leaving. You can't really ask for more than that!

Very good. Went for Bosch because of reliability history. Not as quiet as my GE Profile was overall. Size and rack configuration not as flexible as I thought it would be. It does clean extremely well, dries very well even without a heating element. I was initially concerned about height and concerned there would be visible space at the bottom, but with cover plate attached there was no visible space. Like that it has a built-in Water Softener. The ADA model of the 800 is a little smaller, but a great price for an excellent product.

Not only did my installer hook up my dishwasher, he gave me tips on how to keep it looking shiny without buying expensive products and he noticed that my recently installed OTC microwave was not installed properly. Good job!
