Excellent Service, Product is great, I would purchase this item and the delivery/install service again on my next appliance

Timely notice of service, installation and delivery. Will consider Best Buy again because of service/install team.

They never installed it. Told me to get a problem electrician. Although there was an existing dishwasher. Droped it off. I did get my money back for installation. No effort was made at all.

Damian was awesome. Got everything installed and working. Damian even called to check up on us a few days later to make sure we didn't have any questions. Awesome customer service.

This is a rating for my installer, Tom Yoder. Installation was promised on July 6th, however, my installer picked up the dishwasher from store, delivered it and installed it on June 30th so I would have it before the July 4th weekend. He does a superior job and I want Best Buy to know this. Can't rate dishwasher because haven't used it.

A really nice guy and was very efficient. Installed quickly and explained everything well. Left everything just like it was. Very clean job.

It was a 3rd Party Company. The installer was friendly and on time. Communicated when he was in route and eta. Felt a little bad for the him though, he seemed a little overwhelmed and was on his lonesome. He mentioned the reason but I missed what he had said. The only complaint I have is that when the secure brackets (one with a pertruding sharp edge which is my main concern with the little ones) that were screwed into the bright white cabinetry, split the wood. There were also some jabs and indents around the same worked area. I opted for the service because the installation and recycling was included with the total tech program. This program made it worth it. However I've had better experiences when utilizing this program before but have some mixed feelings about it now. I might be thinking a little harder about my decision for future installs.

The gentleman who installed the dishwasher were very quick and very polite. They took the time to explain everything about the dishwasher.

The tech did amazing and was very thorough. I don’t really care for the dishwasher and it doesn’t work as well as I believe it should.

They came the first time but could not install dishwasher until i had a plumber modify a few things. Rescheduled and they put the dishwasher in with no problem.

Installer was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Also did an overview of all aspects of the operations. for our new dishwasher.

Eduardo did an excellent job of installation. He took his time and made sure I was happy with it before he left. I would highly recommend him for installation.

The install was ok, they made a mess and left water everywhere. 2 years later and the brackets holding the dishwasher in place broke, not sure if that was part of the Samsung package or what the installer brought with him.

They provide an arrival time frame and notify you shortly before arriving. I told them and made a note when setting the delivery date that no one would be at the house until 4. They tried to deliver at 3 and missed them so a reshedule was necessary.

They were absolutely wonderful to deal with and provided a quick tutorial which was much appreciated

I ordered a Samsung Waterwall dishwasher for delivery near the end of september (The 26th). The day of the installation, I got a call from Geek Squad saying that the "Delivery driver walked off the job w/all the orders pending", and rescheduled to the 3rd of October. No compensation was offered for the week-long delay. The drivers arrived today on time, which was good. First thing they say to me: "The water line needs to be moved, it can't be under the dishwasher - we'll install a new one for $125". Begrudgingly, I agree to the install (On the phone with geek squad right now, and they said this should've been included, what the heck?!?). After they put the new line in, the water pressure in my sink dropped significantly. The washer got 0 water pressure, and threw an error code 4c. I chalked it up to an issue w/the water line (Which it ended up being, b/c the line had sediment in it). Relative came out and fixed the line (Sink flowing better than ever), and the dishwasher still doesn't work (Absolutely no water coming to it, the inside is drier than a desert). I'm sitting on hold for 15+ minutes now with Best Buy, waiting to see if they'll come and fix this. I'm not happy at all, and will not be using Best Buy for appliance installs in the near future.

Best Buy has the best installation features. They uninstall and take away the old dishwasher and install the new one. The whole process did not take very long. The two installers were excellent.

The guys did good. Fast, efficient and polite. Were nice enough to move the electrical box after I realized it would impede using the under-sink area in the manner that we had been using it.
