Good job doing work and not leaving mess behind, but being third party installers they did not seem quite as friendly as usual best buy people.

They did a great job. They were polite, neat and efficient. And less expensive than that "big box store".

Crew came and declared they could not take my old dishwasher out of its place without ruining the flooring.. they said something was wrong with the way my older dishwasher was installed. I got a contractor who took it out in one minute without a scratch!

Professional service during the installation made this purchase a bonus. Installer arrived on time, was courteous and talked me through the entire install process.

My new dishwasher came with free installation...how can you go wrong? The first thing the installer did was pull the cover off the air gap over the sink before even looking underneath. He showed me the air gap and said I had a problem and I needed a new air gap. I told him the only wrong with it was it was dirty. He proceeds to remove the old dishwasher then calls me over to look at the broken corroded hose clamp...he needed to replace the whole thing or any leaks wouldn't be warrantied. The only thing wrong was the 80 cent hose clamp was bad. He sold me a new air gap for 100 dollars...I just wanted it in, so I reluctantly paid him. This , of course, made his job easier and me poorer. A new air gap is 16 bucks at home depot. New dishwashers come with wheels on one end...install it yourself, even if you get "free" installation...you'll be happier.

Great job, the installers were professional and friendly.

My dishwasher is not hooked to water under my sink. It is hooked up through the floor, making this install a step more difficult. The water intake hose runs through the floor to the basement, makes a loop and connects to the water supply. Somewhere in the hose extension, there is a connection to the washer. This connection is leaking. Outside of that, the service is wonderful. The employees are pleasant and timely.

They removed the old one. Changed to a plug in recepticle (new Code requirement) and had it all done in @ an hour.

These guys did an excellent job. Clean up was perfect. Remove old as well.

The team that came the second time to install were great. They were quick, professional and very courteous.

They actually called and asked if they could install it a day earlier. Rob, the installation tech called me personally and worked around my schedule and arrived as expected. Great experience with no problems!
