Installer took his time to ensure my dishwasher was level. Clean and worked!

I purchased the Bosch 500 Series dishwasher online with installation. The installation process was smooth and quick and it was installed solidly in the place it belonged. The dishwasher itself is so quiet I can't tell it's running even when I'm right next to it. It has the right number of options (ie, not too many) and it gets the dishes very clean. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

I was not at home during the installation, but I was told that the gentleman who came to deliver and install were professional and were very careful and respectful of our property when installing. Very impressed with the service!

These guys were great! They came back after finding that I needed an extra connector cable. I then purchased the wrong one, but they made it work and even mounted a bracket on the intake water pipe, that should have been there when the house was built.

The dishwasher install was easy, good scheduling, good communication all questions were answered. I wish I had used these guys as my own personal Handymen

The installers did a great job. They cleaned the area after. We’re very profesional. Took their time this do it right. That speaks volumes for customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I feel the installation process went very wrong. I had an initial installation date for my dishwasher, but there was an issue with the hot water hook-up. This was clearly not the fault of the technician. He was very helpful, and set up another install appt. for a few days later, so that we had time to get the hook-up fixed. The problem came when another Best Buy team came to haul away the old dishwasher which hadn't been taken out yet. Somehow, the installation for that date got cancelled, and even after I confirmed with someone on the Geek Squad line that a technician would still be out to install, no one showed up. It wasn't until later that day when I called the help line that I was told the install had been cancelled and I would have to wait another 7 days before someone could come to install. I find this pretty unacceptable when it was the company's system that caused the cancellation of an existing appointment. In addition, the text and email update system needs to be refined, as I received multiple texts and emails which provided the exact same information. I do want to make sure to say though, that the technician who came out was extremely nice and helpful and I appreciated that he gave me his business card so that I could call him directly

Our installer from best buy was great. He took out our old dishwasher and installed the new one. No problems. He was professional and courteous. He came at the alloted time, did the job and left the site clean. Great job. Would highly recommend.

Very professional service. Guys definitely knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with their service and there is only one reason that I put 4 stars because as soon as plumber showed up he charged me $100 right away for very small part he had to install "water hammer". I had two installations that day. One was water line for refrigerator and another one for dishwasher. He brought those water hammers with him, like he knew I would need them, but charged me only for one. $100 even. Strange, but since I had no choice, of course I paid him. Any way they worked very professional and fast. Very impressive.

Could not have asked for better quality of installation. The two gentlemen went right to work and quickly showed that they knew what they were doing. They were both helpful in demonstrating and explaining the details for useage. They were gentlemen.

My dishwasher was expertly installed by the same men who delivered the dishwasher and answered all of my questions about operating the dishwasher. In addition, they took my old dishwasher with them. The small price to pay for expert installation and carry off/disposal was definitely worth it.

Our new dishwasher was installed on time and as promised without any problems or difficulties. The installers removed the old dishwasher, delivered and installed the new dishwasher. They also showed us how it works and left the place spotless.

The installers delivered my dishwasher on a very snowy day. Before bringing the dishwasher into my house, they shovelled a pathway so the equipment would not get damaged, and they did not want to track snow into my house. Very thoughtful and professional! They cleaned up afterwards - no dirt, water, snow/slush in my house when they left! Thank you!

This review is for the geek squad installation of my dishwasher. I was surprised by how much the installers know about dishwashers. The two technicians took their time and did a great job. And upon finishing the installation, they went over all the functions of the unit with me. Like the title of this review, they've really exceeded my expectations.
