I up graded to this one and glad I did , it has lots of space and very quite running

The best part of this whole process was the installation. I am so thankful. Antwaun (sp?) did a great professional job. Smooth process, polite, talented, did a nice job of clean up, and did the haul away too. He renewed my faith in Best Buy.

Quick fast and in a hurry!! Guys even took out the trash bag to the garage on their way out!!

Best install team ever! Al and his associate did a fabulous job installing our dish washer. They were personable, professional, and knew the product well that they were installing for us.

The gentlemen came in, greeted me, and did their work very quickly. They followed all safety protocols for the pandemic well above and beyond the level I expected. After testing the dishwasher and explaining the basics to me, they left. Exactly how you want an installation to go!

Great installation service. Professional, they wore face masks and show covers. Pulled out the old one, installed the new one and kept the area clean. Thank You Bosch for your contract with Best Buy. Installation of Bosch dishwasher by bestbuy made the Bosch dishwasher purchase and install a great experience !

The space is relatively flexible (would have been nice to have adjustable shelves, but this model doesn't offer them). The machine is very quiet - it is so nice to be able to run it and still listen to the radio in the same room! So far, it seems to clean things really well. We haven't put anything too caked with food in it yet, but the basic dinner dishes and utensils are coming out sparkling.

Professional install. Courteous, polite and used PPE as I requested, including face masks and shoe coverings. Made me feel relieved at having them in my house as we have been isolating ourselves due to high risk family members. They were very efficient in their installation of our new Bosch dishwasher.

The crew was great, we three guys in the crew. They had the old dishwasher out and installed the new one in about 20 minutes. Everything was installed properly and cleaned up.

The Geek who installed my new microwave also installed my new dishwasher. He worked hard to make it level under my not-level countertop. Great job. I would recommend him unreservedly.

I bought the installation along with my new dishwasher...the installers were on time and were great to work with. Very professional and we don't have any complaint at all. Will use BestBuy installation again if we do buy another appliance through them!

I'm giving the installers 4 stars instead of 5 because it took two visits to get the installation complete. The crew is polite and professional. When I notified Best Buy that the new dishwasher was leaking, that honestly was the most frustrating part. Trying to find a human being to help me via Best Buy. Once the repair ticket was scheduled, then the installer contacted me directly. The crew returned (it took 2 weeks though) and realized that they had not properly tightened a clamp that resulted in the dishwasher leaking under the sink. Now, it is fine.

The installers did agreat job installing. They cleaned up after thenselves, were very pleasant & efficient a d they explained how to operate the dishwasher

Our new Thermador dishwasher was the beginning of 4 Thermador installs! Made our kitchen New Again!! Installer was VERY knowledgeable and even provided advice on our upcoming Thermador Microwave

Install for the dishwasher was excellent. Fast, clean, and guys were very polite. They knew what they were doing.

Installation was fast and they stayed to test. dishwasher is so quiet.

Although the appointment was cancelled twice by Best Buy, without informing me, resulting in my wasting two entire mornings; the actual installation was excellent. I was offered a gift card to compensate for the poor customer service and I wonder when am I going to receive it.
