The technician was awesome to install my dishwasher at my kitchen,his work was magnificent and helpful to my husband . I appreciate it .

I had a very difficult experience with the dishwasher that I ordered. It came damaged from the manufacturer to the point that the front door would not close. This was noticed before the appliance was even removed from the back of the truck by the technician, though sadly not before we removed the old one and moved it out of my house. He offered to re-install my old dishwasher for the time being and haul the damaged one back to the warehouse. After a lot of fighting to get everything straightened out with Best Buy, I ended up coincidentally getting the same technician to come back to my house to install the same model appliance at a later date (this time not a damaged appliance). He said he had wondered how things went as a little over 3 weeks had gone by since he had visited my house and he hadn't received a call to come back. He went above and beyond to try to help me sort things out the second time he came to my house. I can't give him anything short of 5 stars considering he dealt with some of the confusion himself and went through the hassle of re-installing my old dishwasher on his first visit to make sure I didn't go without for 3 weeks.

Our installer, Dave ,was very courteous and knowledgeable. Our first unit would not shut off after installation. We called Dave and he knew what the problem was. He recommended we replace unit. He called Best Buy and took care of all arrangements to get it replaced. I didn't have to do a thing. The new unit runs great.

The dishwasher is quiet and cleans dishes very well. Loading the dishwasher can be awkward as the racks are not flexible enough to accommodate a lot of dishes. The bottom rack also slips off track too easily.

Third party did an excellent job of installation. Got additional parts that were needs and completed the installation

Dishwasher is extremely quiet and that is always a plus when you have guests and the dishes come out sparkling clean. I really like having the ability to adjust the shelf height and also find the 3rd shelf a plus for flatware and smaller items.

The technician was very knowledgeable and conscientious with the hookup which was refreshing and much appreciated. We love the stainless steel inside and the option of a pull down rack for stemware

We were concerned that there would be a problem removing our old dishwasher as the space was tight. It was no problem for the installers. They were done with the installation in 40 minutes from the time the truck entered the driveway. Very clean and quiet. Absolutely nothing left behind. Nothing broken or scarred.

The crew was professional, quick and knew what they were doing. They installed the installed the dishwasher in a clean, professional manner, and answered all our questions. We are certainly enjoying our new Whirlpool dishwasher! It is beautiful and efficient. And really quiet!

Quick and easy professional installation by the installers.

I was not present during the installation. However, my daughter was pleased with the technician's skill and ability to slightly modify my cabinet as the older DW was a quarter-inch shorter than the new one.

The two gentlemen who installed our dishwasher today we're without a doubt the best installers I have dealt with in a long time. They were polite, respectful of my house and extremely competent. They installed my dishwasher and over the range microwave, removed the old appliances and were done in 30 minutes. Outstanding!

The built in spot for dishwasher is very tight. Installers did an exceptional job with making the new unit fit. Much appreciated

Install guys were nice and did OK. The reason for 4 stars - a couple of weeks after the install the dishwasher door would not close. Come to find out that the screw they used to anchor the washer to the adjacent cabinet was way too short - penetrating the cabinet by less than 1/8" allowing the washer to shift inwards. I fixed it with a longer screw and problem solved.

The installers were professional, courteous, and explained my new product thoroughly before they left. Install went quick and easy. Left a review at the appropriate website as well praising them for the great job they did. Make sure you do the same no matter what your experience, it's the best way to make sure the right installers do the job.

Two installs because the first machine had cosmetic damage on the door and the door could not be replaced. First install was by one pleasant guy who was efficient and quality minded. Second install by a two-man crew was unpleasant. One complained that having to replace a machine because of cosmetic damage was "unnecessary". Then they didn't complete the install to the quality of the first install. I had to fix sharp edges that would have caused cuts. Four stars ONLY because the first install was so good.

Our install guys were very professional. Made sure the wood floor was well covered so as not to get scratched. He took the time to do a quality install. One minor part was not in the install kit, so the next day he got the part from the local Best Buy and came past to put it in. Very happy with their work.

Installation was great. Installer wss professional and did a great job. Answered all.my questions about function. I hsd new floors and was worried about leakage and he reassured me about connections. Felt extremely comfortable about his work

The team was on time, very courteous, mindful of my home, and very efficient. I appreciated the extra time he spent showing me some features and making sure I didn’t have any questions.
