Good install.....Very clean and courteous....I do have to call them back to reinstall the top screws that hold the dishwasher in place as they have fallen out....other than that good......I will let you know how that turns out.......

This was the 4th dishwasher. The uninstall/install lasted for over 5 hours! Although the dishwasher dose not leak....HUGE IMPROVEMENT it is not installed even with our countertop and unevan at the bottom. Still waiting in the COVID environment to get the last install corrected! This is after 3 GE Cafe dishwashers and finagling switching to a KitchenAid.

Installation was completed as promised and it turned out great! Guys did a good job and cleaned up after themselves, too! I'm also thrilled with the LG dishwasher itself. So quiet and it cleans beautifully.

They did an excellent and quick installation of our dishwasher, and were very careful with the old one and the new one.

Micah did a great job at removing our old Bosch dishwasher and installing the new one. I could not believe that he would be able to do this by himself. He was on time, very personable and did a fabulous job of removal and install. We love our new dishwasher after replacing out 20 plus year old one.

The Installers were very friendly and polite. They worked quickly and had the install done and cleaned up in less then a half hour. The Installer showed us how to operate the Bosch and answered all our questions. We were very happy with the results, and have not had any problems.

We had a Bosch dishwasher installed. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and tidy. He pointed out a leak in water shutoff valve under the sink and suggested a repair. Due to type of countertop already there, he had to do use an alternative installation method (bolt to side rather than top), but was able to handle everything. The dishwasher looks great and works great!

I purchased an LG dishwasher from Best Buy and paid for installation arranged by Best Buy. Having Best Buy arrange the installation was the best decision I made. The installation was done by Nick F. and his assistant Kinland, from Best Vet Installation Inc. The installation was essentially done by Nick. You could immediately tell that Nick had done this many times, as he was methodical, thorough, and meticulous. He was fairly neat. At every crucial point in the installation, he would perform the job carefully and took photos to record the result, as connecting the drain, the water supply line, leveling the dishwasher, etc. After completing the installation, Kinland took the old dishwasher for recycling. Overall, I was 100% happy with the installation. I waited a few weeks before writing my review to see if there was any problem with the installation, and there is none. I recommend Nick without any reservation.

Our dishwasher installation was difficult because it was installed in a small space in the kitchen. The technician was able to hook it up quickly and more importantly fit it in perfectly so that it worked perfectly!

Our dishwasher was never delivered or installed after 2 appointments. The first of which they canceled at 5 PM, stating that the dishwasher was not there at the warehouse when they went to pick it up and then on December 4th waited home all day for them to deliver the dishwasher as scheduled and install it, and all we got was an installation kit. No dishwasher was ever installed or brought to the house. We got nothing but the runaround from Best Buy's customer service. They have not canceled the order as we asked them to since they obviously could not get it here and they have not removed it from the credit card. We will never go through Best Buy for anything again.

While I could install a dishwasher myself, I like know Best Buy takes the responsibility for a quality delivery and install. The installers were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. They even called to ask if they could stop by a little earlier than originally scheduled. This worked out great since the original time was a bit late in the day.

The dishwasher is nice and quiet. The installer was nice and courteous however he said I needed a plug and another water connection that the old dishwasher did not have. He charged another 350 over and above the 225 install I had already paid to Best Buy. I’m not sure if this is always done but I didn’t have a choice for him to install. He was prompt and didn’t take much time. I ended up paying more for the install than the dishwasher.

The installation team prepped the new dishwasher outside. The team was very efficient, one pulled out the old washer while the installer got the hoses and fittings ready. They were in and out and cleaned up within 45 minutes. They did an excellent job.
