The installation team that came out to install the dishwasher were very professional. They were very concerned about not damaging property or leaving anything dirty behind. They made sure that everything worked as expected and gave me their direct contact information should I have any issues with the installation. I would definitely use these people again.

It took a few caring Best Buy team members to finally make things right. We are extremely grateful! It started and ended with an installer named Carlos who was brave enough and kind enough to do "the right thing". He saw that there was an ongoing problem that no one at customer service call center was able to help us with. His integrity and professionalism should be rewarded!!! We are so thankful and grateful for his compassion! Thank you, Carlos!

It took 2 tries to get it installed. The first time he could have installed it properly with ease. However, he called his company and they wouldn't let him do it the way I suggested. Too bad. I had to wait a week or so without a dishwasher until they sent someone back out.

The instal guy was very good and very thorough. He was quick and complete.

Install guys were nice and did OK. The reason for 4 stars - a couple of weeks after the install the dishwasher door would not close. Come to find out that the screw they used to anchor the washer to the adjacent cabinet was way too short - penetrating the cabinet by less than 1/8" allowing the washer to shift inwards. I fixed it with a longer screw and problem solved.

Best Buy has gotten too big for their britches as my father would say. When you call for service be prepared to jump through numerous hoops just to state your issue! Which is a level of stress all it's own. I purchased a dishwasher back in July "24 and after each use I noticed a awful smell, well the dirty water wasn't draining out completely. I call Best Buy and after 30 plus minutes Im able to reach a human only to be told that its still under the manufacturer warranty so call them instead. Wow, some customer service. So I do just that, their service representative comes out and in less then 5 minutes tells me my water line was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they ( manufacturer) does not do corrections on installs . Back to call BB and playing the phone game....finally I convince a representative to send out someone. They come and run a cycle adjust the door and ask to use my bathroom???? And then they were gone. BUT, get this, THEY reported that the problem wasn't corrected themselves. As a result BB called me back saying that they would have someone else come out. The last individual was extremely professional (no bathroom breaks) :) took the dishwasher apart, readjusted the water line, ran several cycles to correct the problem. Every service repairman should be this precise. This has been a nightmare all because I wanted to upgrade to stainless steel my old white appliances worked FINE now im paying the price in more ways than one just for the newest trend I get a free headache.

Excellent! The installer was timely, installed my dishwasher being cautious not to scrape up my wood floor, and did excellent work getting my dishwasher to function. He even cleaned up thoroughly at the end! Thank you!

The installers came and made it so. For once, the installers came in removed the old, installed the new and did it all in 1hr 45min, and never came to me with problems or questions. Gotta love it.

3 installers came to install the refrigerator/freezer, range, and range hood. The dishwasher was on back order and 2 installers came today to install the dishwasher. The Best Buy installers are THE best installers. Fast, efficient, polite, and they worked as a perfect TEAM! They explained the use of all appliances. Answered all my questions. A true professional team! Thank you, Best Buy.

Very pleased with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Dishes come out clean without pre-rinsing. I usually do, but I decided to test this product. I was very pleased. And it is so quiet, I had to put my head close the the door to make sure it was running.

Out install went smoothly. They showed up when they said they were going to be here and we’re pretty fast to have them installed.!!

The person who installed my dishwasher was very professional. He took his time to ensure that the best quality of work is done. I appreciate the quality of work he’s done.

Getting stuff installed by Best Buy is undeniably pricy, but holy moly are they amazing and efficient! In and out in 30 minutes, with a perfect installation completed!

Installer was personable and did a good job. He had the same appliance and gave me some pointers. Only issue was he had to use my towels to clean up the water that drained out.

This Bosh dishwasher is noticeably quiet and well made. The installation was great, and the installation crew were "covid" compliant. They took extra care of moving our old dishwasher out and installing the new one. Couldn't be hipper!

The installer arrived on time, quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed new one correctly. He took care that it was level and did not rub against the wall (unlike previous installers). He handed me the instructions and warrantly instead of leaving everything in a pouch for me to sort through. He also showed me the initial start and answered all my questions.

Really like the look of this new dishwasher. It runs very quiet to my last dishwasher. And it’s has a delayed start on it which is great because i’m always forgetting something.
