Ignacio from Cruzmen Install, was very professional and thorough with both installation and instruction of new KitchenAid dishwasher.

I got an awesome price for a great dishwasher. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock and they honored the price for a little more expensive model. That worked great. The installation by Geek Squad was awful. They installed it incorrectly the first time; the water and electricity was fine, but it was only connected to the cabinet on the left side, so it was crooked, and it was not level either. The top drawer of the dishwasher, if it was pulled halfway out, would come all the way out because the dishwasher was angled towards the front. When I called to them them do the installation done correctly, they ended up having to cancel due to Coronavirus (which was to be expected). Once I could reschedule, the first appointment I could get was 3 weeks out - again, also "kind of" expected since they were favoring new installations rather than fixing installations. After waiting for 3 weeks and getting the call from them confirming the installation, they never showed. I ended up calling them later in the day and the person said that my installer ended up getting called to a different job, so I would need to reschedule. This time they wanted to push it out between 4 and 5 weeks. I was furious; they just acted like "oh, our person didn't show up, never called, oh well, let's just reschedule - the next available reschedule was between 4 and 5 weeks". I couldn't believe they could actually say that with a straight face. I was furious. I talked to 2 people who essentially said the same thing. This was not my fault, yet they were so cavalier about the guy not showing up and then saying it would be another month or more. When I spoke to the 2nd person, I would not take no for an answer. I made them talk to their supervisor, and after some time, they ended up processing it as a "zero dollar order", and they could schedule it 2 days later. Those installers were not Geek Squad, and they did a great job with the installation. So apparently there was an issue getting Geek Squad out there but "paying" for a new installation order (of zero dollars) somehow bumped me up in the priority, and waiting 2 days was fine for me. But all in all, the installation process was just a nightmare.

Installation went without a hitch. They even added a receptacle to plug into. They removed the existing one that was originally hard wired to the electrical system. Cleaned up after they were done. Good overall job.

They guys who did the install were great. The only issue I had was the cover for the dishwasher air gap was cracked, but it was plastic, so cheap quality. I just bought a chrome one for $12 bucks to solve the problem.

Installers were on time, extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They got my new dishwasher installed very quickly and even offered to vacuum up the carpet afterwards. Great guys and the dishwasher works great! Highly recommended!

I could not imagine a better installation. Came at agreed time, had appropriate tools, consulted with us about appropriate local details, installed, tested, found problems , brain stormed, took corrective measures, retested. All well. Took their leave all well since.

Daniel arrived within the stated bloc of time. He was both professional and friendly -- and efficient. He installed the new Bosch dishwasher including a junction box (which our previous Bosch did not have), ran a short test "wash", gave us the owner papers and samples, and was finished in an hour. He took our old Bosch (previously removed) with him. A job well done!

I love how quiet this dishwasher is! It is stainless steel and is very roomy!

The install of my dishwasher was delayed on the day of install by an hour. The installer called a few hours before and informed me of the delay explaining why and apologizing. When they arrived they were efficient, told me exactly what they would be doing and apologized again for being late.

Install was done very well. Dishwasher is working well. No complaints.

The crew that delivered and installed my dishwasher was: on time, efficient , professional and very friendly. They cleaned up and took all packaging materials with them. They checked to be sure my dishwasher was working correctly and had no leaks. They answered all my question and left me a number to call if I found anything wrong. Everything is working great. I am very satisfied.

The installer was cheerful and efficient even though he was working alone due to an unexpected absence of his assistant.

The installation of my dishwasher was excellent. The installer took his time and made sure everything was done perfectly. I was very happy with his work.

Installation was ok. I could have given a low rating to either BestBuy or the RXO. I requested installation but it was not noted either by BestBuy or RXO. I would put a warning to customers to check carefully on this because it happened on 3 appliances. They were installed after complaining of the miscommunication.

The gentleman that came outbwas very polite and respectful and did the swap out of the dishwasher with ease and installed the new one quick and efficient. Cleaned up his mess areound him. Im very happybwoth my product thus far.
