The Best Buy installer was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was worth every penny. The gentleman who came to our home was professional, and polite, and did a great job with removing the old dishwasher and putting in the new one. This is not something I wanted to do myself, so having this as an option was a must when I was looking for the new washer.

The guys were awesome. Very professional and quick. They knew what they were doing. Extremely pleasant gentlemen to work with.

Installers called when they were en route. They introduced themselves. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They were careful with the install & removal and cleaned up everything. They were also friendly and happy!

The company that Best Buy hires to install is good. They are knowledgeable and communicated multiple times prior to install. My few complaints are as follows: -I had someone else be there for the install as I had to work and they gave me a 4 hour window of time in the middle of the day when they could come. I had asked for them to contact that person-instead they called me multiple times. Finally when the install guy specifically called, I had asked him to call the person who was home, he did that and it went very smooth and excellent! -Apparently if you get it installed by a professional, you have to apply for a permit from that city. While the company itself was helpful in doing it all, I was not made aware of this prior and it can be as much as $80 additional dollars!

Bought the most expensive dishwasher for the brand but the actual functionality i don't really like. Maybe judging against my previous one but silverware spot is way in the back of the bottom drawer which makes it inconvenient. Having the bottom drawer open and shutting the door doesn't slide the bottom drawer into place (my 15 year old Whirlpool was perfect in that regard) , it kicks it off it's tracks. The top rack is so shallow and has all kinds of weird dividers in it that it is pretty much useless...maybe it's just for knives but i don't put my good knives in the dishwasher. It is VERY quiet, seems to take it's time washing, but does a reasonable job there.

Juan Couoh and his assistant did a great job of installing the dishwasher and fixing problems to ensure that it operated great and did not leak. He also demonstrated fully the operation and features of the new dishwasher. Juan was very professional.

The actual installation process was great, no complaints My only complaint is that the first time they came they said we did not have a shut off valve and needed one installed. We paid $75 for a licensed plumber to come tell us we DO have a shut off valve and showed us where it was. So we had to wait an extra few weeks for the installation because of that mistake.

We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and since I don't consider myself a handyman felt it was best to have the new dishwasher installed by a professional installer. The installation was completed on the date promised and it was obvious the installer knew what he was doing. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up before they left. Thanks Best Buy!

The tech that installed the dishwasher was very knowledgeable about the product. The Bosch dishwasher is so quiet. You don’t even know it’s running.

Excellent product, excellent service, however the Bosch "Quick Start" brochure needs to add a very simple instruction: "Upon pressing Start or Resume, must close door within 3 seconds or will not Start or Resume."

I was shocked they came over 120 miles for the install. It was a great install. Wife was happy.

The installers did a great job, and didn't take long to finish the job, probably 30 minutes or so, which even included taking out the old dishwasher. Make sure when you have a dishwasher installed to clear the path for the Technicians, that the new dishwasher will fit through whatever door to your home, as well as the opening where the dishwasher will be placed so as not to create any unfortunate delays. This makes the installer's job much easier and they can be as efficient as possible.
