Great dishwasher..quiet..and efficient...installation superb.

The crew was professional, quick and knew what they were doing. They installed the installed the dishwasher in a clean, professional manner, and answered all our questions. We are certainly enjoying our new Whirlpool dishwasher! It is beautiful and efficient. And really quiet!

The guys did a very good job, professional, quick, and cleaned up nicely. Free advice, check your shut off valve to dishwasher. Make sure it turns freely. Lubricate it if necessary. They wanted to charge to replace it but I just used some spray and all was well.

The gentle that installed the dish washer was very knowledgeable. My old dish washer was still good. The electrician that put in the disposal did not release a plug on it so the water would drain from dish washer. He did an excellent job installing.

They arrived on time. The old dishwasher was quickly removed and the new dishwasher was quickly installed. They were both very professional.

The service and installation were very good. Our Tech was were friendly and clean. The dishwasher has been working very well. If my wife likes it you know it's a good one. LOL

I had a very pleasant experience. They came on time, informed me in advance. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Did all the unpacking outside the house, removed my old dishwasher before getting in the new one. Very quickly and efficiently installed my new one, tested it out, cleaned up any messes. And a very knowledgeable tech. Thanks BB.

Seems like the new dishwashers take more time than the old [15 years]. Works well but still getting used to where to put what. Needed an adjustment part since old cables were 1/2 inch and new ones 3/8. Had to spend $120 to have the adjustment part put in. Best Buy did not have the capabilities to make the adjustment. Overall good choice.

Very efficient. Did a perfect job. Cleaned up after themselves and took away the old dishwasher. Everything was perfect.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased the installation for a Bosch dishwasher. However, I was extremely impressed! The 2 gentleman that came to complete the installation were true experts! They were friendly AND did an excellent job with the installation! I WILL definitely use Best Buy Geek Squad again for appliance installation and repair.

Professional installation for sure! When I came home and saw the dishwasher installed, I was incredibly pleased. It was done better than the original dishwasher installation when the house was built. Love it!

Within 2 days of purchasing my dishwasher, it was installed and hauled away - Quick, Easy and Clean!

Three gentlemen came to our home to install the dish washer. Before they came, they contacted us several times to inform us the exact time they arrive. They did perfect job in installation. Also, they afforded us a lot of information. We tried to give them some tip but they didn't take it. They were the best installation team we have had.

They did a good job, and worked pretty quickly overall.

Delivery was great. Guys were early and professional. Best Buy was suppose to take dishwasher away I added that as part of purchase and it’s not on install order with technician. This is problematic as there is no detail of purchase and no one to call to clear up issue. I do not want a broken dishwasher and I don’t want it left outside my door. And no one to talk to at Best Buy to resolve this issue.

The installer did a perfect job this time. The unit was not centered properly the first time. Truthfully, this dishwasher barely, Just barely, was able to fit inside the available cabinet space. The installer did a magnificent job and getting it in there.

I was expecting a Professional person to come out to install my new dishwasher, especially since I was charged for one. Instead I get an Unprofessional KID that called 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled time, to tell me he would be here in 20 minutes with my dishwasher! He shows up & looks under my sink where he has to hook up the hose & tells me that he was unable to do it & he left!! I called to speak to a Supervisor regarding this & was told they would have one call back within an hour. No one called me, so I called back after 2 hours. They again told me they would have someone call me within an hour, again no one called ALL DAY! I call the next day & spoke with a VERY RUDE person named EMILY, supposedly a SUPERVISOR in the National Headquarters. I told her to just Refund my money that I was charged for the installation, because at this point my husband said he'd put it in himself. I didn't get anywhere with her either because she said she would only talk to my husband about this. Not a very good person, if she was a SUPERVISOR & where she said she was, to have in that position in the 1st place! My husband does NOT care to do business here again because of how I was treated. We USED to spend ALOT of money here
