There was a snafu by Best Buy on scheduling that delayed the install by a week, which was disappointing, but when they did come out, the installer and his helper did a fine job; quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

Dishwasher installation exceeded all expectations. The associate was professional and very thorough. Handled the entire process, delivery, installation, removal of old machine. Looked good and worked fine.

Had issues with the first installation. Was not washing clean. New one was replaced by a different person. They did a great job installing correctly. So far so good. Love the quietness

I had a new Bosch dishwasher installed and the installers did a good job of making sure my hard wood floors and counter tops were not impacted. My only complaint is that when they installed the drain line which goes through a cabinet with a lazy susan is that they did not make sure the hose was secured in the back of the cabinet. Now when we move the lazy susan we can hear the shelf hitting the hose. Hopefully its not doing anything to the hose. I would have complained at the time but it wasnt until the next day when we noticed the issue.

The installation specialist arrived on time and performed the installation carefully and professionally. He demonstrated the operation and ensured there was no problem with operation prior to leaving.

I was concerned about a tight fit and installation in the existing space plus the power, water and other issue such as Steam drying and Cold water washing. The crew did a fantastic job and made everything work plus runnig a test in front of me and explaining the functions.

The installers were able to complete the installation quickly and cleanly. The dishwasher has been functioning perfectly since that time.

Installation was on time and efficient. Installers even walked me through machine operation. Overall pleasant experience.

We were very happy with the installation of our dishwasher. We had an issue with it not draining after the 1st use, the installer came out and found and repaired the problem with the air hose. My only complaint is: I told him I was unhappy with the noise the top rack was making, he said he would go to the store to check the floor model, to see how it sounds. He promised to call me back. He never called me back, so I contacted Whirlpool directly. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up with installer and his manager, who I also called. So much for Geek Squad warranty and service. I expected more for $1,000 dishwasher install and service.

The tech called prior to arrival. He was excellent from beginning to the end. He made sure to be careful with installation and had no problems getting the dishwasher to fit like a glove. He educated us on our appliance. We will use this service again with future purchases.

Quick and efficient. Had a problem with the scheduling but once that was ironed out, the final "real" appointment had the service persons here on time and quickly accomplish their tasks

I use it on the 1hr cycle, and have not had anything come out still dirty. it's quiet, and the heat dry isn't so hot that it scalds your hands.

He did a good job removing and installing the dishwasher. It took a little longer that expected since he was training a new person. But since the install was free I won't complain.

The installer,Cortez, did an excellent job. He was efficient and insured the dishwasher was in working order before he left. He also hauled way my old dishwasher.

The Geek Squad installers did a good job and I have no complaints with their performance. They were friendly and professional the whole time of the installation. Best Buy from the store to whoever schedules the installations needs some serious overhaul in communication between all parties involved in the process. They gave me a date to expect delivery of the dishwasher and a contracted plumber locally to install on a later date. The delivery date came and went. I contacted them the next day and they acted as if I should have known they'd be sending it a few days later than they originally told me to expect it. I was peeved but I said okay. I then get a call from the plumber wanting to know why I had canceled the installation appointment. I called Best Buy to find out that not only were they going to deliver but Geek Squad was coming with it to install. Previous to this the plumber called me back to say that he'd contacted BB and was working with them to schedule an appointment to replace the canceled one. I called them next week and they were still expecting to install it after it had already been done. I shouldn't have had to take it upon myself to let the plumber know it had been done in house. It got sorted out in the end but I'll bet contractors hate big companies with an attitude toward them like shown here.

Quick and clean dishwasher install with no problems. Couldn’t ask for more.

My dishwasher was installed by two very friendly, professional and knowledgeable technicians. They took care in delivering my new washer, and removing my old one. They made sure the dishwasher was level and centered, and made sure I knew how to use it before they left. Excellent service!
