Professional installers, very respectful, did an excellent job and cleaned up after their work. I recommend the installation.

very quiet and nice dishwasher. lots of space and cleans well. ordered on black friday and they rescheduled delivery twice by email, less than 24 hours before delivery. Then rescheduled installation three times the day before that. I offered all day wednesday, friday and saturday for these so they had plenty of options. all in all it was finally installed on 12/31. five weeks after purchase. it was not back ordered. They were an hour later than they said they would be with delivery and robo called us three times between 930 and 10 PM the night before they did an 8:00 AM installation.

I purchased the Kitchen Aid dishwasher and received free installation. The folks that did the install were very knowledgeable and courteous. i highly recommend this service for the convenience.

The dishwasher work great. The only problem that the silverware rack is broken.

The dishwasher is very quiet and does a great job of cleaning. I would NOT recommend the installation service to anyone!! The dishwasher was not installed correctly, and I am still fighting to get it fixed.

This was the recommended dishwasher installation kit that would be needed for free installation of our purchase. This kit supplied the needs of the technician and his dishwasher installation was a success. I could have reused the old kit, but considering the potential risks from an old hose bursting, nah! This kit worked, and it's cost was fair.

We were so grateful that Best Buy offered an install service for our new dishwasher. It was done efficiently and correctly.

I do not remember this guys name. But he stays in Corpus during the week and lives in the Houston area. He was very thorough to the last detail. He took extra time to make sure the floor was thoroughly clean when he pulled out the old dishwasher. Very impressed with his professionalism and detail to work ethic!

Installer and helper did great job. Professional, courteous, competent. Even helped clean up after old dishwasher removed. Only niggle is would have liked more instruction on how dishwasher operated and on power box connection.

Fast friendly and made sure I was happy with the placement and double checked my hoses and for any leaks I will always recommend

My first Bosch came in, was installed by a courteous, professional installer. But it didn't work. He looked into multiple options and chose to order me a new one. When that one came in, his partner was the one out to install. I had my doubts, but it installed easily and still works perfectly. These guys are pros! So happy.

I love that the middle shelf is adjustable to fit taller items on the bottom shelf. It is so quiet you can barely tell it's running except for the light being on. Trap is very easy to remove and clean as well.

Installers were o time, courteous, and did an efficient and through job of installing and explaining.

The install went well. The Tech explained everything and show me how to work my appliance.

I think the installation company owner installed my dishwasher. He was very nice and had to do everything himself because his helper called off that day. Anyway, he did a good job, but he told me he was going to show me how to clean the filter, but in the end we both forgot. Also, he never mentioned an owner ’s manual, so I don't have one. ( I guess only online?) Also, he left a tool behind. I let him know, but he never came back for it despite saying he was going to. I waited all day( didn't go anywhere ) for him to return to pick tool up. That part was kind of aggravating.
