Guys were quick, kept to themselves, cleaned up afterward, took the old dishwasher. Super friendly and nice.

Dishwasher was to high for my current countertop by 1/2". Had the countertop lip trimmed and installation looks great. Hardly can tell that the countertop was removed. Plumbers did an excellent job.

Have used Best Buy installation services several time and always satisfied. Installers have always been polite, careful and helpful.

Without going into too much detail, the first install was awful, they were hours late and ended up not installing because they claimed the 6 foot hose I had to buy was not long enough. This caused a 2 month delay in getting it installed. Second installers were awesome. Arrived on time, and even though I bought a longer hose for them to use, they installed using the best buy 6 foot hose with no issue. Second guys great, first guys awful, both from the same XPO delivery company. Guess it just depends who you get.

The installation of the dishwasher was great. They removed the really old one...made improvements to electrical outlet, vacuumed dust bunnies and placed new one. They were both very careful with the cabinets, floor and new dishwasher. I'd recommend Best Buy any day. Thanks for such a great service.

Just a perfect job by Tommy. He had to move the electrical outlet but for a fair price he did it and the Dishwasher fix perfectly and securely unlike my old one. Tommy explained how it worked and all the functions. GREAT Customer Service and beyond !!!

Michael installed my dishwasher and did an amazing job. Not only did he take the old one out and install the new one, but we noticed that the weight of the countertop was giving on the cabinets and dishwasher due to the previous owner not securing the dishwasher completely. Michael went above an beyond to ensure the dishwasher was not only installed correctly but also made sure it was secured. Amazing service!

The guys who did my installation seemed very experienced and quickly got things done. Leveling the dishwasher seemed to take a while. Unfortunately, in the process of leveling, the installers managed to scratch the control panel on the cabinet mounting tabs. My wife and I weren't very pleased with this. Best Buy did remedy the situation. I easily could have done the job, but the install came free with the dishwasher purchase.

The guys that installed my dishwasher were awesome, they had a little trouble getting it in there due to space issues and some other things but they took the time to make sure it was in there correctly and did an awesome job, I would definitely want to have them come back anytime I needed stuff installed. Thank you.

The installation of our Bosch dishwasher was perfect. We had problems with the performance of the dishwasher and Best Buy replaced it. Both installers did a great job. Both installers were professional and extremely competent as well as very respectful of our property. Highly recommended!

Quick and efficient. Had a problem with the scheduling but once that was ironed out, the final "real" appointment had the service persons here on time and quickly accomplish their tasks

Both guys handled the dishwasher better than the other delivery guys who may have damaged the two previous ones. These guys did great with the installation too. They were pleasant, fast, and neat. Greatly appreciated their professionalism.

I would suggest that you know what type of electrical set-up you have before you arrange for an install or replacement. We replaced our existing dishwasher and didn’t realize that the electrical for the old was in an odd place that wouldn’t match the electrical setup for the new dishwasher. We had to pay an additional charge to convert the electrical box. Other than that, the installers were professional and removed the old dishwasher. Be a sure to request the removal and recycle service if you need to discard old appliances.
