All was going well until a hose was improperly or not connected which caused water to blow out under cabinets & on my new wood floor. The installers acted like it was no big deal, although I had to race to find 6 large beach towels to soak up the water. Not happy!! If my wood floors pop up because of this water damage, you’ll hear from me & lawyer. Tech should have more training.

The installer did a great job! The hose was a little short when ran through the old way and the installer was able to make a minor adjustment to make it work. He knew exactly what he was dong and was very careful and inspected the dishwasher prior to and after the install. Awesome job!!

My husband tried to review this install right after it was done, but I will repeat it here. The installer was excellent, polite, efficient, and very pleasant. His work was especially appreciated since it was done late on an evening just before Christmas.

So far, we are having good luck with our dishwasher. It is silent and easy to work with. My husband chose the dishwasher, and we are both loving how easy it is to use.

On time and efficiently did the install. He had to work around an adjacent pipe that interfered with the right side or the dishwasher making it hard to get it to perfectly light up with the counter. That was the fault of the original house builder

The product is great the installation tech was not the most friendliest or most careful with our kitchen flooring. Installation itself was good !

The installer was excellent! The previous dishwasher was hot wired. He needed to do an outlet. Took the time to explain the features. Very helpful.

One of the technicians was very nice, fast and he knew what he was doing but the other one wasn't. Other than that the washer works great:)

Installers were prompt, polite, tidy and knowledgable. Everything went smoothly.

The install went well. The Tech explained everything and show me how to work my appliance.

Dishwasher was installed with no problem. Had to bring the installation up to code and installed a GFI outlet for the dishwasher to plug into.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and frigadaire disposal. Both are excellent products which i would give 5 stars. However the deliver installation team was not professional or knowledgable. It took 4 appointments before they installed the dishwasher. Each time they came out they told me something had to be done. I had to an electrical plug installed shut off valves and part of my floor removed. I was okay with having to have the requirements completed but couldnt they have given me all requirements at once? They also told me they couldnt remove the dishwasher but the floor tech pulled it right out. It took a month after the purchase date for installations. I would give the installers one star.

We live in a very small house with an open living area and were looking for a quiet dishwasher that we could run during the day and not be heard, this is it.

the install was worth it. Two men took my old worthless dishwasher out and installed the new one in about an hour. They did not leave a mess either. They explained some of the features as well. saved me the hassle.

Dishwasher: Installer arrived on time (10:30), and learned I was the first appointment. However was told when booking the appointment that's the first time slotwas taken. Not so!!! Assumed installer knew what he was doing. However at the end of the install I had to direct him to realign the unit since it was not properly aligned with the cabinet and countertop!!! Hopefully, the more technical aspects of the install were performed properly...

Was extremely happy with the installers. They were courteous, great professionals. They also revamped my plumbing so it worked so much better. They were so efficient and did not take long at all. Showed up on time and my installation was finished 2 days before Thanksgiving! YEA!!

The installation of our new dishwasher went very smoothly. Best Buy is excellent at communicating about when the installers will arrive. The guys were courteous, quick, neat and on time. They even took the time to fully demonstrate how to use our new appliance.

Install was good and done with care, they also ran the dishwasher to make sure that everything worked properly
